في زلزال فني واجتماعي جديد يضرب الأوساط الفنية والترفهية في تركيا، بدأت الشرطة التركية حملة ملاحقة وتوقيف جديدة واسعة النطاق استهدفت قائمة سوداء تضم 25 متهماً من كبار مشاهير الفن والموسيقى والإعلام ورجال الأعمال، بتهم ثقيلة تتعلق بحيازة وتسهيل ترويج وتناول المواد المخدرة والمنشطات.
وتأتي هذه الحملة الأمنية الصارمة استكمالاً لسلسلة من الضربات التي تشنها السلطات التركية منذ أكتوبر الماضي لتطهير مجتمع المشاهير من آفة الإدمان، حيث أوقفت الشرطة بالفعل 9 من الأسماء المدرجة في القائمة، فيما تتواصل عمليات البحث المكثفة لإلقاء القبض على بقية المطلوبين للعدالة.
نجوم الصف الأول في قبضة الأمن
طالت القائمة الجديدة أسماءً من العيار الثقيل صدمت الشارع التركي والمهتمين بالدراما والموسيقى التركية، وجاء أبرزهم:
- سيلا غينتش أوغلو: المغنية التركية الشهيرة ذات الجماهيرية الواسعة.
- إلياس يالتشينتاش: النجم والمطرب المعروف بأغانيه الرومانسية.
- محمد فاتح أكسوي: المنتج التلفزيوني البارز.
- عارضتا الأزياء إريم خزندار وعائشة نور بالجي، والمغنية أيبوكي ألبيري، إلى جانب كوكبة من الممثلين والوجوه الإعلامية مثل بوراك تشيليك وأونر فاروق إيشيك.
ويواجه هؤلاء المشاهير تهماً تبدأ من تعاطي المواد المخدرة، مروراً بتسهيل تعاطيها وتوفير ملاذات وأماكن آمنة لتناولها بعيداً عن أعين الشرطة.
وأكدت التقارير القانونية أن النجوم الموقوفين سيخضعون لإجراءات طبية مشددة تشمل سحب عينات من الدم وخصلات الشعر، لضمان دقة النتائج ومعرفة ما إذا كانوا قد تعاطوا المخدرات أخيرا. وسيتم إخلاء سبيلهم بشكل مؤقت بانتظار ظهور النتائج المخبرية، ما لم تطلب النيابة العامة استمرار توقيف بعضهم لأسباب جنائية.
وفي حال ثبوت التهمة وظهور نتائج إيجابية في العينات، يواجه هؤلاء النجوم:
- عقوبة السجن الفعلي لفترة تتراوح بين سنتين إلى 5 سنوات.
- عقوبات مغلظة وإضافية إذا ثبت تعاطي أو تسهيل المخدرات بالقرب من أماكن عامة أو مدارس أو منشآت رياضية أو دور العبادة.
وبموجب القانون التركي، يمتلك النائب العام صلاحية تمنح النجوم فرصة لإنقاذ مسيرتهم المهنية، حيث يمكن تأجيل رفع الدعوى القضائية ضد المشتبه به، شريطة التزامه التام بالمشاركة في برامج علاج وتأهيل معتمدة من الدولة للتعافي من الإدمان لمدة عام كامل. وفي حال اجتياز البرنامج بنجاح، يتم مسح السجل الجنائي للمتهم بالكامل لحماية مستقبله.
يذكر أن هذه الحملة تأتي بعد شهر واحد فقط من صدمة علمية كشفت عينات إيجابية لثمانية نجوم آخرين أدينوا بالتعاطي، من بينهم الممثل المعروف أونور تونا والمغني مابيل ماتيز، مما يشير إلى أن قطار المحاسبة في تركيا لن يتوقف قريباً عند محطة معينة.
In a new artistic and social earthquake hitting the artistic and entertainment circles in Turkey, the Turkish police have launched a new wide-ranging campaign of pursuit and arrest targeting a blacklist of 25 accused individuals, including major celebrities from the fields of art, music, media, and business, on serious charges related to the possession, facilitation, promotion, and consumption of narcotics and stimulants.
This strict security campaign comes as a continuation of a series of crackdowns initiated by the Turkish authorities since last October to cleanse the celebrity community from the scourge of addiction, as the police have already arrested 9 of the names listed on the blacklist, while intensive search operations continue to apprehend the remaining wanted individuals.
First-Class Stars in the Grip of Security
The new list includes heavyweight names that have shocked the Turkish public and those interested in Turkish drama and music, with the most notable being:
- Sıla Gençoğlu: The famous Turkish singer with a wide fan base.
- İlyas Yalçıntaş: The star and singer known for his romantic songs.
- Mohammed Fatih Aksoy: The prominent television producer.
- Models İrem Hezendar and Ayşe Nur Balcı, and singer Aybüke Alperi, along with a host of actors and media personalities such as Burak Çelik and Onur Faruk Işık.
These celebrities face charges ranging from drug use, to facilitating its use and providing safe havens and places to consume it away from the eyes of the police.
Legal reports confirmed that the arrested stars will undergo strict medical procedures, including blood and hair sample tests, to ensure the accuracy of the results and determine whether they have recently used drugs. They will be temporarily released pending the laboratory results, unless the public prosecutor requests the continued detention of some for criminal reasons.
In the event of proven charges and positive results from the samples, these stars face:
- Actual prison sentences ranging from two to five years.
- Increased and additional penalties if drug use or facilitation is proven near public places, schools, sports facilities, or places of worship.
Under Turkish law, the public prosecutor has the authority to give stars a chance to save their professional careers, as the filing of charges against the suspect can be postponed, provided they fully commit to participating in state-approved treatment and rehabilitation programs for recovery from addiction for a full year. If they successfully complete the program, the accused's criminal record will be completely cleared to protect their future.
It is worth noting that this campaign comes just one month after a scientific shock revealed positive samples for eight other stars convicted of drug use, including the well-known actor Onur Tuna and singer Mabel Matiz, indicating that the accountability train in Turkey will not stop soon at any particular station.
