كانت البداية بعلاقة عاطفية سرية معقدة، وانتهت بجريمة غدر مرعبة داخل المقابر زلزلت الشارع المصري، بعدما أسدلت محكمة جنايات بني سويف الستار على واحدة من أبشع الجرائم الأسرية، بإصدار حكم بالإعدام شنقاً على شاب، والسجن المشدد 15 عاماً لفتاة.
تفاصيل القضية التي كشفتها التحقيقات بدت أقرب إلى أفلام الرعب البوليسية، بعدما تبين أن المتهم الرئيسي كان يرتبط بعلاقة سابقة بوالدة الفتاة نفسها، قبل أن تنقلب الأمور إلى خلافات حادة وخطة شيطانية انتهت بمشاركة الابنة في التخلص من والدتها!
كان خطيب الأم فصار عشيق الابنة!
وبحسب أوراق الدعوى الرسمية، فإن كواليس الجريمة كشفت شبكة معقدة من العلاقات والخداع:
- علاقة منتهية: المتهم كان قد اقترض من الأم مبلغ 20 ألف جنيه وتقدم لخطبتها سابقاً، لكن العلاقة انهارت بسبب الخلافات.
- اكتشاف الصدمة: تعقدت الأمور بعد أن اكتشفت الأم أن المتهم أوقع ابنتها في شباكه وأقام معها علاقة سرية مستغلاً صغر سنها.
- تهديد بالفضيحة: عندما علمت الأم بالأمر، هددت بفضح علاقته بابنتها أمام أسرته، وهنا قرر الشاب التخلص منها نهائياً.
أقنع الفتاة بقتل والدتها
أقنع المتهم الابنة بأن زواجهما مستحيل طالما بقيت والدتها على قيد الحياة، وأنها تقف عقبة أمام مستقبلهما، لترخي الفتاة السمع له وتوافق على المشاركة في الجريمة.
وفي يوم الواقعة، استدرج المتهم الضحية إلى منطقة مقابر «الشيخ رفعت» بحجة إعادة الأموال التي اقترضها منها، لتجد السيدة نفسها فجأة محاصرة وسط الموتى مع ابنتها وعشيقها.
وحسب اعترافات المتهم الصادمة أمام المحكمة:
- المقاومة الأخيرة: حاولت الأم المقاومة بعدما أدركت الفخ، لكن المتهم أحكم قبضته على عنقها مستخدماً غطاء رأسها وخنقها.
- شريكة في القتل: قامت الابنة بتثبيت جسد أمها لمنعها من الحركة حتى لفظت أنفاسها الأخيرة.
- إخفاء الجثمان: حمل المتهمان الجثة ودفناها داخل تجويف أرضي بمقبرة خالية وأغلقا المكان بالكامل.
لكن المفارقة الصادمة هي أن الابنة ذهبت بنفسها لاحقاً لتبلغ الشرطة باختفاء والدتها لإبعاد الشبهات، قبل أن تنجح التحريات الأمنية وتتبع الهواتف في إسقاط قناعهما وتفكيك خيوط الجريمة كاملة، لتنتهي حكايتهما بنهاية مرعبة خلف القضبان وأمام حبل المشنقة، في قضية تحولت إلى تريند بركان يغلي على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي المصرية.

- Ended relationship: The accused had borrowed 20,000 Egyptian pounds from the mother and had previously proposed to her, but the relationship collapsed due to disputes.
- Shock discovery: Things became complicated after the mother discovered that the accused had ensnared her daughter and established a secret relationship with her, taking advantage of her young age.
- Threat of scandal: When the mother learned of the matter, she threatened to expose his relationship with her daughter to his family, and at that point, the young man decided to get rid of her permanently.
He convinced the girl to kill her mother
The accused convinced the daughter that their marriage was impossible as long as her mother was alive, and that she was an obstacle to their future, prompting the girl to listen to him and agree to participate in the crime.
