الحضانة.. الأب ثانياً وزواج الأم لا يُسقطها
وفي ملف الحضانة، نص المشروع على إعادة ترتيب الأولويات، بوضع الأب في المرتبة الثانية مباشرة بعد الأم، مع تحديد 9 سنوات كحد أدنى لحضانة الأطفال، إلى جانب تثبيت حق الرؤية بما لا يقل عن مرتين شهرياً.
كما ألغى المشروع فكرة سقوط حضانة الأم تلقائياً في حال زواجها، استجابة لمطالب مجتمعية طالبت بإنهاء هذا الإجراء.
واستحدث المشروع مادة لتنظيم الطلاق الودي، عبر إلزام الطرفين بتوثيق جميع الحقوق والالتزامات؛ بهدف الحد من النزاعات القضائية الممتدة، وضمان بيئة أكثر استقراراً للأطفال بعد الانفصال.

One-Third of Wealth... A Financial Guarantee for the Wife
Among the most prominent proposed amendments is granting the wife the right to resort to the judiciary to claim one-third of the husband's wealth upon separation, as a mechanism to protect her financial rights and secure her future, reflecting a trend towards enhancing economic justice within the family.
Custody... Father Second, Mother's Marriage Does Not Nullify It
In the custody file, the project stipulated rearranging priorities, placing the father in second place immediately after the mother, with a minimum age of 9 years for child custody, in addition to establishing the right to visitation at least twice a month.
