شهدت محافظة الدقهلية جريمة قتل مروعة هزت الرأي العام والأوساط القانونية، حيث لقيت محامية تُدعى رشا فرحات مصرعها بعد إلقائها مقيدة من شرفة منزلها بالطابق الثالث، بينما أصيب زوجها محمد عبد العزيز بإصابات بالغة وكسور متفرقة نقل على إثرها إلى مستشفى نبروه في حالة حرجة.

الحادثة وقعت في قرية كفر الأبحر التابعة لمركز نبروه، وجاءت انتقاماً مباشراً من تنفيذ حكم قضائي بالتمكين صدر لصالح الزوج في نزاع ميراث طويل مع أبناء عمومته، ووفقاً لتحريات الأجهزة الأمنية وبيان نقابة محامين جنوب الدقهلية، تم تنفيذ الحكم يوم الخميس الماضي بعد إجراء دراسة أمنية مسبقة، وتسليم المنزل للزوجين.
سلالم خشبية وإلقاء من الشرفة
وفي ليلة الثلاثاء 17 فبراير، تسلل أربعة متهمين – أبناء عم الزوج – إلى المنزل عبر الشرفات مستخدمين سلالم خشبية، فاستيقظت المحامية على الاقتحام وأيقظت زوجها وحاولت الاستغاثة هاتفياً بعمدة القرية، لكن المتهمين اعتدوا عليهما بالضرب المبرح باستخدام أسلحة بيضاء وعصي خشبية، ثم قيدوهما وألقوهما من الشرفة.
وفاة محامية وإصابة زوحها
وأدى السقوط إلى وفاة رشا فرحات في الحال متأثرة بنزيف داخلي حاد وكسر في الجمجمة، بينما نجا زوجها بأعجوبة لكنه يعاني إصابات خطيرة.
وألقت قوات الأمن القبض على المتهمين الأربعة واعترفوا بالجريمة خلال التحقيقات، فيما تولت النيابة العامة التحقيق في الواقعة.
تحرك نقابة المحامين
بدورها، أصدرت نقابة محامين جنوب الدقهلية بياناً عاجلاً أكدت فيه أنها «لن تترك حق الزميلة الراحلة»، ووصفت الجريمة بأنها «اعتداء على هيبة العدالة وسيادة القانون»، مشيرة إلى أنها جاءت عقب تنفيذ حكم قضائي صادر باسم الشعب.
وأثارت الجريمة غضباً واسعاً على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، مع مطالبات بتشديد العقوبات على الاعتداء على المنفذين للأحكام القضائية، وتعزيز الحماية الأمنية أثناء تنفيذ مثل هذه القرارات.

Details of the Incident
The incident occurred in the village of Kafr Al-Abhar, which is part of the Nabrouh Center, and was a direct act of revenge following the execution of a court ruling in favor of the husband in a long-standing inheritance dispute with his cousins. According to investigations by security agencies and a statement from the South Dakahlia Bar Association, the ruling was executed last Thursday after a prior security study and the handover of the house to the couple.
Wooden Ladders and Being Thrown from the Balcony
On the night of Tuesday, February 17, four suspects – the husband’s cousins – sneaked into the house through the balconies using wooden ladders. The lawyer woke up to the intrusion, alerted her husband, and attempted to call the village mayor for help, but the suspects violently assaulted them using knives and wooden sticks, then tied them up and threw them from the balcony.
Death of the Lawyer and Injury of Her Husband
The fall resulted in the immediate death of Rasha Farhat due to severe internal bleeding and a skull fracture, while her husband miraculously survived but is suffering from serious injuries.
The security forces arrested the four suspects, who confessed to the crime during the investigations, while the Public Prosecution took over the investigation of the incident.
Action by the Bar Association
For its part, the South Dakahlia Bar Association issued an urgent statement confirming that it "will not abandon the rights of the deceased colleague," describing the crime as "an assault on the dignity of justice and the rule of law," noting that it occurred following the execution of a court ruling issued in the name of the people.
The crime sparked widespread outrage on social media, with calls for harsher penalties for assaults on those executing court rulings, and for enhanced security protection during the implementation of such decisions.
