أعلنت مدينة روما فرض رسوم دخول بقيمة 2 يورو على السياح الراغبين في زيارة نافورة تريفي الشهيرة، وفقًا لما نقلته صحيفة إندبندنت البريطانية. وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار جهود المدينة لإدارة الازدحام السياحي وتحسين تجربة الزوار.
تُعد نافورة تريفي، التي تعود إلى القرن الثامن عشر، واحدة من أبرز المعالم السياحية في روما، وتشتهر بتمثال «أوشيانوس» وهو يقود عربة تجرها خيول.
وكان الزوار يتبعون تقليد رمي القطع النقدية في النافورة لضمان عودتهم إلى المدينة، لكن الآن سيتعين عليهم دفع رسوم بسيطة لدخول الموقع والاستمتاع بهذا المعلم التاريخي.
The city of Rome has announced a €2 entry fee for tourists wishing to visit the famous Trevi Fountain, according to the British newspaper The Independent. This step is part of the city's efforts to manage tourist congestion and enhance the visitor experience.
The Trevi Fountain, dating back to the 18th century, is one of the most prominent tourist attractions in Rome and is famous for the statue of "Oceanus" driving a chariot pulled by horses.
Visitors used to follow the tradition of throwing coins into the fountain to ensure their return to the city, but now they will have to pay a small fee to enter the site and enjoy this historical landmark.
