أطلقت وزارة الداخلية السورية تطبيقها الرقمي الجديد «صوتك وصل»؛ لتسهيل وصول المواطنين إلى خدماتها الرسمية بسرعة وسهولة من أي مكان.
وبينت «الداخلية» عبر قناتها على تلغرام أن التطبيق يتيح: الاستعلام عن منع السفر ومعرفة وضعك القانوني قبل أي سفر، متابعة حالة الموقوفين بشفافية وسرعة، تقديم الشكاوى ومتابعتها بشكل مباشر.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أنه يمكن تحميل التطبيق عبر الرابط.
وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار جهود وزارة الداخلية لمواكبة التحول الرقمي وتطوير العمل، وتخفيف الأعباء على المواطنين، وتسهيل الحصول على الخدمات في أي وقت ومكان.
The Syrian Ministry of Interior has launched its new digital application "Your Voice Reached"; to facilitate citizens' access to its official services quickly and easily from anywhere.
The Ministry indicated through its Telegram channel that the application allows: inquiries about travel bans and knowing your legal status before any travel, monitoring the status of detainees with transparency and speed, and submitting complaints and following them up directly.
The ministry pointed out that the application can be downloaded via the link.
This step comes as part of the Ministry of Interior's efforts to keep pace with digital transformation and improve operations, reduce burdens on citizens, and facilitate access to services at any time and place.
