فجرت قيادة الدرك في إسطنبول اليوم (الخميس)، مفاجأة مدوية، بعد تنفيذ عملية أمنية واسعة طالت مجموعة من أبرز الشخصيات العامة في المدينة، على خلفية تحقيقات النيابة حول حيازة واستخدام المخدرات والمنشطات.
وشملت المداهمات 7 مواقع في مناطق سارايير، وأيوب سلطان، وشيشلي، وأوسكودار، وباكيركوي وإسينيورت، وأسفرت عن توقيف كل من المغنية أليانا تيلكي، ومؤثرة المحتوى الرقمي دانلا بيليك، والممثلة إيريم ساك، ومومينة سينا يلديز.
وخلال تفتيش منزل مومينة سينا يلديز، عُثر على 5 غرامات من الحشيش وأداة طحن خاصة، فيما أكدت المصادر القانونية أن التحقيقات تستهدف الكشف عن شبكات شراء المخدرات واستخدامها.
وتواصل السلطات البحث عن الممثلة ميليسا دونجل، والمغني يوسف غونيه، ووجيهان شنسوزلو، بينما صدرت أوامر توقيف بحق شخصيات تقيم خارج البلاد مثل شيما سوباشي، وشيففال شاهين، وميرت فيدينلي، في محاولة لتوسيع دائرة المحاسبة.
من جهته، أكد محامي أليانا تيلكي عدم العثور على أي دليل يثبت تورط موكلته، مشيراً إلى أن التفاصيل الرسمية ستعلن لاحقاً مع احترام مبدأ براءة المتهمين حتى ثبوت الإدانة.
تأتي هذه العملية بعد سلسلة قضايا سابقة شملت توقيف مؤثر رقمي ورجل أعمال أفرج عنهما لاحقاً بعد الاستفادة من أحكام «الاعتراف الفعال»، كما صدرت أوامر اعتقال بحق قاسم غاربوغلو وبوراك آتيش لتسهيلهما الحصول على المخدرات واستخدامها.
وتتواصل التحقيقات تحت إشراف مكتب مكافحة المخدرات والجرائم الاقتصادية، وسط متابعة إعلامية واسعة واهتمام الجماهير بالتطورات القادمة.
The Istanbul gendarmerie shocked everyone today (Thursday) by carrying out a wide-ranging security operation targeting a group of prominent public figures in the city, following investigations by the prosecution into drug possession and use of stimulants.
The raids covered 7 locations in the Sarıyer, Eyüp Sultan, Şişli, Üsküdar, Bakırköy, and Esenyurt areas, resulting in the arrest of singer Aliana Tilki, digital content influencer Danla Bilic, actress İrem Sak, and Mümine Sıla Yıldız.
During the search of Mümine Sıla Yıldız's home, 5 grams of hashish and a special grinding tool were found, while legal sources confirmed that the investigations aim to uncover networks involved in drug procurement and use.
Authorities are still searching for actress Melisa Dongel, singer Yusuf Güney, and businessman Cengiz Şensözlü, while arrest warrants have been issued for individuals residing abroad, such as Şeyma Subaşı, Şıval Şahin, and Mert Fidanlı, in an attempt to broaden the scope of accountability.
For his part, Aliana Tilki's lawyer confirmed that no evidence has been found to implicate his client, noting that official details will be announced later while respecting the principle of presumption of innocence until proven guilty.
This operation comes after a series of previous cases that included the arrest of a digital influencer and a businessman, who were later released after benefiting from "effective confession" provisions. Arrest warrants were also issued for Kasım Garboğlu and Burak Ateş for facilitating drug procurement and use.
