تستعد شركة «أمازون ستوديوز» لإطلاق فيلم وثائقي ضخم يُسلط الضوء على حياة السيدة الأمريكية الأولى ميلانيا ترمب، ويستعرض تفاصيل حياتها السياسية والاجتماعية خلال فترة حرجة قبل تنصيب زوجها في البيت الأبيض عام 2025. الفيلم الذي يحمل عنوان «ميلانيا»، من المقرر عرضه في يناير 2026، ويمتلك ميزانية إنتاجية تقدر بنحو 40 مليون دولار، بحسب صحيفة «إندبندنت» البريطانية.
تجربة حصرية داخل البيت الأبيض
يخرّج الفيلم المخرج الأمريكي بريت راتنر، في أول عودته إلى الساحة السينمائية منذ عام 2017، وهو يشارك أيضًا في الإنتاج إلى جانب ميلانيا التي تلعب دور المنتجة التنفيذية. ويقدم الفيلم رؤية فريدة من نوعها «من خلال عيني ميلانيا ترمب»، ويتتبع مراحل الاستعداد لمراسم التنصيب، والتحديات التي واجهتها خلال مرحلة انتقال السلطة، بالإضافة إلى إعادة تنظيم حياتها داخل البيت الأبيض.
ويتضمن الوثائقي مشاهد نادرة من اجتماعات مغلقة وحوارات خاصة، إلى جانب لقطات لم تُعرض من قبل تظهر ميلانيا في مواقف مختلفة من حياتها العامة والخاصة، مما جعله من أكثر الأفلام الوثائقية إثارة للجدل في الآونة الأخيرة.
وفي تصريحات سابقة، قالت ميلانيا ترمب في برنامج «فوكس آند فريندز» إن التصوير بدأ في نوفمبر الماضي، وهو يوثق حياتها اليومية ومسؤولياتها خلال فترة الانتقال، مشيرة إلى أن الفيلم يعرض كيف تدير فريقها وكيف تستعد لتحويل البيت الأبيض إلى موطن جديد. وأضافت: «هذه قصة عن الجهد والتنظيم والتصميم».
وقد جاءت فكرة الفيلم جزئياً بعد النجاح الكبير لمذكراتها الأخيرة، التي تناولت فيها تجربتها في البيت الأبيض والتحديات الإعلامية التي واجهتها.
Amazon Studios is preparing to launch a major documentary that highlights the life of First Lady Melania Trump, showcasing details of her political and social life during a critical period before her husband’s inauguration at the White House in 2025. The film, titled "Melania," is set to premiere in January 2026 and has a production budget estimated at around $40 million, according to the British newspaper The Independent.
An Exclusive Experience Inside the White House
The film is directed by American filmmaker Brett Ratner, marking his first return to the cinematic scene since 2017, and he is also involved in production alongside Melania, who serves as the executive producer. The documentary offers a unique perspective "through the eyes of Melania Trump," tracking the preparations for the inauguration ceremony, the challenges she faced during the transition of power, and the reorganization of her life within the White House.
The documentary includes rare footage from closed meetings and private conversations, along with previously unseen clips showing Melania in various situations from her public and private life, making it one of the most controversial documentaries in recent times.
In previous statements, Melania Trump mentioned on the "Fox & Friends" program that filming began last November, documenting her daily life and responsibilities during the transition, noting that the film shows how she manages her team and prepares to turn the White House into a new home. She added, "This is a story about effort, organization, and determination."
The idea for the film partly emerged after the great success of her recent memoir, which addressed her experience in the White House and the media challenges she faced.
