في واقعة مأساوية هزت قرية كفر شنوان الريفية التابعة لمركز شبين الكوم في مصر، لقيت 3 شقيقات مصرعهن داخل حمام منزلهن أثناء استحمامهن، إثر تسرب غاز سام ناتج عن خلل في نظام الغاز المنزلي.
وتلقت مديرية أمن المنوفية إخطارًا من مستشفى شبين الكوم الجامعي يفيد بوصول 3 طفلات شقيقات من القرية جثثًا هامدة، إثر تعرضهن لاختناق داخل حمام المنزل.
وعقب الانتقال إلى مكان الحادث، تبين أن الفتيات تتراوح أعمارهن بين 5 و10 سنوات، وأن الوفاة يُحتمل أن تكون ناجمة عن تسرب غاز السخان أثناء الاستحمام، ما أدى إلى اختناقهن ووفاتهن في الحال.
تم نقل الجثامين إلى مشرحة مستشفى شبين الكوم الجامعي، وأُخطرت النيابة العامة لمباشرة التحقيقات، حيث بدأت إجراءات فحص وتحرير المحضر اللازم، كما تم التحفظ على مكان الواقعة لتحديد الأسباب الحقيقية وراء الحادث المأساوي.
من جانبها، تواصل النيابة العامة التحقيق في الحادثة المأساوية، فيما تُواصل أجهزة الأمن في المنوفية تحرياتها لكشف كافة التفاصيل المتعلقة بالواقعة وتحديد المسؤولية.
In a tragic incident that shook the rural village of Kafr Shannwan, part of the Shebin El-Kom district in Egypt, three sisters lost their lives inside their home bathroom while bathing, due to the leakage of toxic gas resulting from a malfunction in the home gas system.
The Menoufia Security Directorate received a notification from Shebin El-Kom University Hospital stating that three sisters from the village had arrived as lifeless bodies after suffering from asphyxiation inside the home bathroom.
Upon arriving at the scene of the incident, it was found that the girls were aged between 5 and 10 years, and that the deaths were likely caused by the gas heater leaking during bathing, which led to their immediate asphyxiation and death.
The bodies were transferred to the morgue of Shebin El-Kom University Hospital, and the public prosecution was notified to commence investigations, where procedures for examination and the necessary report were initiated. The location of the incident was also secured to determine the real causes behind the tragic event.
For its part, the public prosecution continues to investigate the tragic incident, while security agencies in Menoufia are conducting their inquiries to uncover all the details related to the incident and determine responsibility.
