Steingeloff currently resides in Australia, where he manages a massive sports and tourism complex on the Gold Coast, which includes tennis and golf courts, a hotel, and a restaurant.

Wave of Seizures

This case comes amid an intensive Russian campaign to seize the assets of businessmen since the start of the war in Ukraine, with the value of seized properties amounting to about $46.8 billion since 2022.
