البداية كانت مع لجنة تفتيش تابعة لمديرية الصحة خلال جولة روتينية حين صُدمت بوجود أعمال حفر غريبة داخل المكتب.
المعاينة الميدانية كشفت مشهدا مثيرا.. حفرة بعمق خمسة أمتار وسرداب يمتد ستة أمتار مجهزة بسلم خشبي وأدوات حفر ومخبأة خلف باب جانبي يطل على حديقة المبنى.
وكشفت النيابة أن الحفرة تنتهي بسرداب أفقي طوله ستة أمتار يمتد أسفل غرف المكتب، فضلًا عن كميات كبيرة من مخلفات الحفر، وأدوات وألواح خشبية يُشتبه في استخدامها للتنقيب عن الآثار.
وأمرت النيابة الإدارية باستدعاء مدير إدارة المراجعة الداخلية والحوكمة بمديرية الشؤون الصحية بقنا، وتكليف اللجنة الفنية بسرعة إعداد تقرير شامل حول الواقعة، مع استمرار التحقيقات.
النيابة استدعت المسؤولين المعنيين وطلبت تقريرًا فنيًّا عاجلًا وسط تكهنات بأن الواقعة قد تكشف عن شبكة أكبر تعمل في قلب مؤسسات الدولة..
وبينما التحقيقات ما زالت جارية، فإن اللغز يزداد تعقيدًا. وصرحت النيابة الإدارية، بأن التحقيقات مازالت جارية للوقوف على كال ملابسات الواقعة.

The Administrative Prosecution announced the opening of an urgent investigation following the discovery of a hidden passage inside the Dishna Health Office, suspected to have been used for archaeological digging.
The beginning was with an inspection committee from the Health Directorate during a routine tour when they were shocked to find strange excavation work inside the office.
The field inspection revealed an exciting scene: a pit five meters deep and a tunnel extending six meters, equipped with a wooden ladder and digging tools, hidden behind a side door overlooking the building's garden.
The prosecution revealed that the pit ends with a horizontal tunnel six meters long that extends beneath the office rooms, in addition to large quantities of excavation debris, tools, and wooden boards suspected of being used for archaeological digging.
The Administrative Prosecution ordered the summoning of the Director of Internal Audit and Governance at the Qena Health Directorate and tasked the technical committee with quickly preparing a comprehensive report on the incident, while investigations continue.
The prosecution summoned the relevant officials and requested an urgent technical report amid speculations that the incident may reveal a larger network operating within state institutions.
