أثارت واقعة تلقي ضابط مرور عراقي رشوة على شكل «صندوق عصير» ضجة واسعة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، مما دفع وزارة الداخلية إلى فتح تحقيق عاجل انتهى بإصدار أحكام قضائية مشددة ضد المتورطين.
وأوضحت وزارة الداخلية العراقية في بيان رسمي أن محكمة قوى الأمن الداخلي الأولى في المنطقة الثالثة أصدرت حكمها بالحبس المشدد لمدة سنتين مع غرامة مالية قدرها مليون ومئة ألف دينار عراقي بحق المفوض فؤاد علي حسين علي، الذي ظهر في الفيديو أثناء تلقي الرشوة، إضافة إلى طرده من الخدمة واعتبار الجريمة مخلة بالشرف بعد اكتساب الحكم الدرجة القطعية.
تفاوت الأحكام
كما شملت الأحكام إدانة المفوض قيصر جمعة كاظم حسن بالحبس البسيط لمدة ستة أشهر لتقصيره في منع الجريمة وعدم إبلاغ الجهات المختصة قبل انتشار الواقعة على مواقع التواصل.
وفي المقابل، أفرجت المحكمة عن اثنين آخرين من عناصر الدورية لعدم كفاية الأدلة ضدهما.
محاسبة المقصرين
أكدت الوزارة أن هذه الأحكام تعكس التزامها بمحاسبة كل من يسيء إلى سمعة المؤسسة الأمنية أو يستغل وظيفته بشكل خاطئ، مشددة على أن التصرفات الفردية لن تُغطي على تضحيات رجال الأمن وما يقدمونه من خدمات في مختلف المجالات.

The Iraqi Ministry of Interior clarified in an official statement that the First Court of Internal Security Forces in the Third Region issued its ruling of strict imprisonment for two years with a financial fine of one million and one hundred thousand Iraqi dinars against Officer Fouad Ali Hussein Ali, who appeared in the video while receiving the bribe, in addition to his dismissal from service and considering the crime as dishonorable after the ruling became final.
Variations in Sentences
The rulings also included the conviction of Officer Qais Jumaa Kazem Hassan to simple imprisonment for six months for his failure to prevent the crime and not informing the relevant authorities before the incident spread on social media.
In contrast, the court released two other members of the patrol due to insufficient evidence against them.
Accountability for Negligence
The ministry confirmed that these rulings reflect its commitment to holding accountable anyone who tarnishes the reputation of the security institution or misuses their position, emphasizing that individual actions will not overshadow the sacrifices of security personnel and the services they provide in various fields.
