شهدت منطقة سيدي شحاته التابعة لمركز كفر الدوار بمحافظة البحيرة حادثة صادمة، بعدما أصيب أربعة أشقاء بحالات تسمم غذائي إثر تناولهم وجبة عشاء ملوثة بسم الفئران.
تم نقل المصابين فوراً إلى مستشفى كفر الدوار العام لتلقي العلاج اللازم، إذ خضعوا للفحوصات الطبية والإسعافات الأولية؛ للتأكد من استقرار حالتهم الصحية. المصابون هم: حياة صابر عبدالله (8 أعوام)، حبيبة صابر عبدالله (12 عاماً)، إسلام صابر عبدالله (15 عاماً)، وبشر صابر عبدالله (18 عاماً).
التحقيقات الأولية
أظهرت التحقيقات الأولية أن الحادثة وقعت عن طريق الخطأ، إذ قام الأخ الأكبر بإعداد وجبة العشاء ووضع عليها سم الفئران دون قصد. وتم تحرير محضر رسمي بالواقعة، بينما تولت النيابة العامة التحقيق لمعرفة ملابسات الحادثة وتحديد المسؤوليات.
حوادث متكررة
وتأتي هذه الواقعة بعد سلسلة حوادث مماثلة شهدتها محافظات مصر خلال السنوات الماضية، غالباً بسبب سوء تخزين المواد السامة داخل المنازل أو الاستخدام الخاطئ لها بالقرب من الطعام. ومن بين هذه الحوادث، تلك التي شهدت تسميم 6 أشقاء ووالدهم بمبيد حشري على يد زوجة الأب في محافظة المنيا، ما أثار مخاوف واسعة حول تكرار مثل هذه الحوادث.
The Sidi Shahata area, part of the Kafr al-Dawar center in the Beheira Governorate, witnessed a shocking incident, after four siblings were affected by food poisoning due to consuming a dinner contaminated with rat poison.
The injured were immediately transported to Kafr al-Dawar General Hospital for necessary treatment, where they underwent medical examinations and first aid to ensure their health status was stable. The injured are: Hayat Saber Abdullah (8 years old), Habiba Saber Abdullah (12 years old), Islam Saber Abdullah (15 years old), and Bashar Saber Abdullah (18 years old).
Preliminary Investigations
Preliminary investigations revealed that the incident occurred accidentally, as the older brother prepared the dinner and unintentionally added rat poison to it. An official report was filed regarding the incident, while the public prosecution took over the investigation to determine the circumstances of the incident and assign responsibilities.
Recurring Incidents
This incident comes after a series of similar occurrences in various Egyptian governorates over the past years, often due to the improper storage of toxic substances within homes or their incorrect use near food. Among these incidents was one where six siblings and their father were poisoned by an insecticide administered by their stepmother in Minya Governorate, raising widespread concerns about the recurrence of such incidents.
