Pacchierotti advised women to avoid wearing high heels on board, explaining: “I never wear heels. In case of an evacuation, you will have to take them off quickly to avoid any danger.”
She added that high heels hinder movement within airports and increase the risk of tripping in emergencies.
Crowding Doesn’t Speed Up the Flight
The attendant criticized some passengers' insistence on lining up early to board the plane, pointing out that this doesn’t save time but rather causes additional inconvenience: “Why line up early if you have to wait a long time? I prefer to wait calmly until everyone boards.”
Pay Attention to Cleanliness Inside the Plane
Pacchierotti highlighted the need to be cautious when using the restrooms, especially if there are “mysterious liquid stains” on the floor. She also noted that blankets and covers are washed between flights but are used by a large number of passengers, which necessitates greater attention to personal hygiene.

The attendant concluded her advice by urging passengers to:
