وأفادت هيئة المسح الجيولوجي الأمريكية بأن مركز الزلزال كان في البحر على بعد 168 كيلومترًا شرق مالوكو، وعلى عمق 61 كيلومترًا.
ولم ترد حتى الآن أي تقارير عن وقوع خسائر مادية أو بشرية جراء الزلزال.
A 5-magnitude earthquake struck the Maluku region of Indonesia today.
The U.S. Geological Survey reported that the epicenter of the earthquake was in the sea, 168 kilometers east of Maluku, at a depth of 61 kilometers.
No reports of material or human losses due to the earthquake have been received so far.
