ضرب زلزال بلغت قوته 6.1 درجة على مقياس ريختر اليوم، منطقة سندرجي في محافظة بالق أسير غرب تركيا.
وأوضحت الوكالة التركية لإدارة الكوارث، أن الزلزال الذي وقع عند الساعة 19:53 بالتوقيت المحلي، شعر به سكان العديد من المدن في غرب البلاد، بينها إسطنبول وإزمير.
وأفادت السلطات في الولاية بانهيار 10 مبانٍ جراء الزلزال، ولم ترد حتى الآن أنباء عن سقوط ضحايا.
A 6.1 magnitude earthquake struck the Sandrgi area in the Balıkesir province of western Turkey today.
The Turkish Disaster Management Agency stated that the earthquake, which occurred at 19:53 local time, was felt by residents in several cities in the west of the country, including Istanbul and Izmir.
Authorities in the province reported the collapse of 10 buildings due to the earthquake, but there have been no reports of casualties so far.
