في واقعة مأساوية، شهد الطريق الصحراوي الشرقي عند الكيلو 70 بعد بوابات الكريمات بمحافظة بني سويف جنوب مصر، صباح اليوم (الجمعة)، حادث تصادم مروع بين أتوبيس رحلات تابع لشركة نقل خاصة وسيارتي نقل متوقفتين على جانب الطريق بسبب عطل فني مفاجئ.

وأسفر الحادث عن وفاة 9 أشخاص وإصابة 44 آخرين، في مشهد مأساوي فجع الجميع.
ووفقًا للمعاينة الأولية التي أجرتها الجهات الأمنية، كان الأتوبيس يسير بسرعة زائدة قبل اصطدامه بسيارتي النقل المتوقفتين، ما تسبب في تحطم الأتوبيس وتناثر جثث الضحايا والمصابين على الطريق.

وهرعت سيارات الإسعاف وقوات الشرطة إلى موقع الحادث فور تلقي بلاغ من غرفة عمليات النجدة، حيث تم نقل 7 جثث إلى مستشفى أطفيح المركزي وجثتين إلى مستشفى الواسطي، بينما تم نقل المصابين إلى مستشفيات قريبة لتلقي العلاج اللازم.
بدورها، أصدرت وزارة النقل، ممثلة في شركة الاتحاد العربي للنقل البري والسياحة (سوبر جيت)، بيانًا رسميًا أوضحت فيه أن الأتوبيس المتورط في الحادث لا يتبع الشركة، نافية ما تردد عبر بعض المواقع الإلكترونية حول انتماء الأتوبيس لـ«سوبر جيت».
وقدمت الوزارة خالص تعازيها لأسر الضحايا، داعية المولى عز وجل أن يتغمد المتوفين بواسع رحمته ويمن على المصابين بالشفاء العاجل.

كما ناشدت الوزارة وسائل الإعلام بتحري الدقة في نشر الأخبار المتعلقة بها والحصول على المعلومات من مصادرها الرسمية.
وتواصل الجهات الأمنية التحقيق في ملابسات الحادث لتحديد الأسباب الدقيقة، مع التركيز على عوامل مثل السرعة الزائدة، حالة الطريق، والتزام السائقين بقواعد المرور.
وتشير المعلومات الأولية إلى أن سيارتي النقل كانتا متوقفتين على جانب الطريق دون إشارات تحذيرية كافية، ما قد يكون ساهم في الحادث.
كما تعمل فرق الإنقاذ على رفع حطام الحادث لإعادة فتح الطريق أمام حركة السير.
In a tragic incident, the eastern desert road at kilometer 70 after the Karamat gates in Beni Suef Governorate, southern Egypt, witnessed a horrific collision this morning (Friday) between a passenger bus belonging to a private transport company and two parked trucks on the side of the road due to a sudden mechanical failure.

The accident resulted in the death of 9 people and injured 44 others, in a heartbreaking scene that shocked everyone.
According to the initial examination conducted by security authorities, the bus was speeding before crashing into the two parked trucks, causing the bus to be destroyed and the bodies of the victims and the injured to scatter on the road.

Ambulances and police forces rushed to the accident site immediately after receiving a report from the emergency operations room, where 7 bodies were transported to Atfeeh Central Hospital and 2 bodies to Al-Wasiti Hospital, while the injured were taken to nearby hospitals for necessary treatment.
For its part, the Ministry of Transport, represented by the Arab Union for Land Transport and Tourism (Super Jet), issued an official statement clarifying that the bus involved in the accident does not belong to the company, denying rumors circulating on some websites about the bus being affiliated with “Super Jet.”
The ministry expressed its sincere condolences to the families of the victims, praying to the Almighty to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy and grant the injured a speedy recovery.

The ministry also urged the media to be accurate in reporting news related to it and to obtain information from its official sources.
Security authorities continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident to determine the exact causes, focusing on factors such as speeding, road conditions, and drivers' adherence to traffic rules.
Initial information indicates that the two trucks were parked on the side of the road without sufficient warning signals, which may have contributed to the accident.
Rescue teams are also working to clear the wreckage of the accident to reopen the road for traffic.
