في تصعيد لافت للرقابة على المحتوى الرقمي، واصلت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية حملتها الموسعة ضد عدد من صناع المحتوى على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، في مقدمتها «تيك توك»، لليوم الثاني على التوالي. وأسفرت الحملة عن ضبط دفعة جديدة من «التيك توكرز» بتهم تتعلق بنشر محتوى خادش للحياء العام ومخالف للقيم الأسرية.
وشملت الحملة القبض على علياء قمرون -المعروفة باسم «قمر الوكالة»- في منزلها بمحافظة الجيزة، بعد رصد فيديوهات وصفت بأنها تحتوي على إيحاءات وألفاظ منافية للآداب، تم بثها عبر «تيك توك» و«إنستغرام». كما أُلقي القبض على محمد عبدالعاطي الذي اشتهر بمقاطع كوميدية، بتهم مماثلة تتعلق بالتحريض على الفسق والإخلال بالقيم المجتمعية.
وتمت إحالة المتهمين إلى النيابة العامة للتحقيق بموجب قانون مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات رقم 175 لسنة 2018، فيما تحفظت السلطات على أجهزتهم الإلكترونية لفحصها.
وتأتي هذه التطورات بعد يوم واحد فقط من توقيف شخصيات أخرى على المنصة نفسها، من بينهم «سوزي الأردنية»، و«مداهم»، و«أم مكة»، ما يعكس اتجاهاً أكثر تشدداً في التعامل مع ما تصفه الدولة بـ«المحتوى المسيء».
في السياق ذاته، حذر رئيس لجنة الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات بمجلس النواب النائب أحمد بدوي، من أن حجب منصة «تيك توك» في مصر لا يزال خياراً مطروحاً. وأوضح أن اللجنة منحت المنصة مهلة مدتها ثلاثة أشهر لضبط المحتوى وتصحيح الانتهاكات، خلال اجتماع حضره ممثلون عن المنصة والحكومة.
وأكد بدوي أن بعض ما يُنشر على «تيك توك» يمثل انتهاكاً صريحاً لقانون مكافحة الجريمة الإلكترونية، مشيراً إلى أن الحكومة والبرلمان بصدد تطبيق إجراءات صارمة بحق المخالفين، بما في ذلك الحجب الفوري لأي محتوى غير قانوني.
In a striking escalation of digital content censorship, Egyptian security agencies continued their extensive campaign against several content creators on social media platforms, primarily "TikTok," for the second consecutive day. The campaign resulted in the arrest of a new batch of "TikTokers" on charges related to publishing content that violates public decency and family values.
The campaign included the arrest of Aliya Qamroun - known as "Qamar Al-Wakala" - at her home in Giza Governorate, after videos were monitored that were described as containing inappropriate suggestions and indecent language, broadcasted via "TikTok" and "Instagram." Mohamed Abdel-Aty, who became famous for his comedic clips, was also arrested on similar charges related to inciting immorality and undermining societal values.
The accused have been referred to the Public Prosecution for investigation under the Anti-Cybercrime Law No. 175 of 2018, while authorities have confiscated their electronic devices for examination.
These developments come just one day after the detention of other personalities on the same platform, including "Suzy Al-Urduniya," "Madahem," and "Um Makkah," reflecting a more stringent approach by the state towards what it describes as "offensive content."
In this context, the head of the Communications and Information Technology Committee in the House of Representatives, MP Ahmed Badawy, warned that blocking the "TikTok" platform in Egypt remains an option on the table. He explained that the committee has granted the platform a three-month grace period to regulate content and rectify violations during a meeting attended by representatives from the platform and the government.
Badawy confirmed that some of what is published on "TikTok" constitutes a blatant violation of the Anti-Cybercrime Law, indicating that the government and parliament are in the process of implementing strict measures against violators, including the immediate blocking of any illegal content.
