رئيس التحرير يكلف «اليوسف» مشرفاً على مكاتب «عكاظ» بالمنطقة الشرقية

The editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Okaz," colleague Jamil Al-Dhiabi, issued a decision to appoint Dr. Tufail bin Yusuf bin Abdullah Al-Yusuf as the general supervisor of the "Okaz" offices in the Eastern Province.

Dr. Al-Yusuf expressed his sincere gratitude and pride in this trust. He confirmed that his appointment is a strong motivator to exert more effort to complete the achievements of the two newspapers and to continue the process of updating, renewing, and innovating in both newspapers.

Al-Yusuf stated: "The decision is a turning point in my media and professional history."

It is noteworthy that Dr. Al-Yusuf comes with extensive accumulated experience, having worked for 17 years as part of the "Okaz" team in the Eastern Province, contributing with his colleagues to shaping the newspaper's journey in various professional aspects. In addition to his media work, Al-Yusuf is the spokesperson for Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, the general supervisor of university endowments at the university, the director of the university center for communication and media, and he also serves as an assistant professor in Environmental Architecture Engineering at the College of Architecture and Planning, as well as the director of the investment and financial resource development department. Al-Yusuf holds a Ph.D. in urban and regional planning from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University, a master's degree in Environmental Architecture Engineering and urban design, and a bachelor's degree in architecture. He has numerous contributions, having delivered many courses in crisis management, digital analysis, marketing, and digital media, participated in various community initiatives, and presented several scientific papers on entertainment cities, dimensions of sustainable development, and the impact of media on the sustainability of entertainment cities.
