أعلنت الصين إطلاق ذراع روبوتية تتميز بسبع وظائف للعمل في أعماق البحار لأول مرة.
وتعمل الذراع في عمليات استغلال موارد النفط والغاز الطبيعي في أعماق البحار، وأتقنت سبع قدرات تمثلت بالتمديد والسحب والتأرجح والتدوير والفتح والإمساك والشبك، كما أكملت تشغيل الصمامات وتركيب المعدات في تيارات قوية.
وتم تركيب الذراع الميكانيكية على مركبة تعمل عن بعد، وتقوم بأداء مهمات دقيقة خلال عملية النشر الافتتاحية في حوض مصب نهر اللؤلؤ في جنوبي الصين، حيث يبلغ أقصى عمق تشغيل لها في المياه 7 آلاف متر.
وحملت الذراع، التي يبلغ وزنها 60 كيلوغراماً، حمولة 125 كيلوغراماً عند الامتداد الكامل.
China has announced the launch of a robotic arm featuring seven functions to operate in the deep sea for the first time.
The arm is used in the exploitation of oil and natural gas resources in the deep sea, mastering seven capabilities represented by extension, retraction, swinging, rotation, opening, gripping, and netting. It has also completed valve operations and equipment installation in strong currents.
The mechanical arm is mounted on a remotely operated vehicle, performing precise tasks during the initial deployment process in the Pearl River Delta in southern China, where its maximum operating depth in the water is 7,000 meters.
The arm, which weighs 60 kilograms, carried a load of 125 kilograms at full extension.
