عثر بولنديان على رسالة قديمة داخل زجاجة عمرها 66 سنة، أثناء وجودهما بالقرب من بقايا منشآت دفاعية تعود للحرب العالمية الثانية على شاطئ «ستوجي» بمدينة غدانسك.
وقال إيريك وكوبا، إنهما وجدا الزجاجة خلال نزهة اعتيادية، وتبين أنها تحتوي على رسالة مكتوبة بخط اليد تعود لعام 1959، وفي نصّ الرسالة، التي كتبتها فتاة تدعى «ريسيا» ووجهتها إلى شخص يدعى «باني»، عبرت عن مشاعرها بالحنين والحب، وتحدثت عن شعورها بالوحدة خلال فترة دراستها في مدينة تارنوف.
الرسالة التي نجت بشكل مدهش من عوامل الزمن والطقس أثارت اهتمام وسائل الإعلام، ودفع الفضول إيريك وكوبا إلى التواصل مع متحف في مدينة تارنوف، على أمل تتبع أصول الرسالة ومعرفة من كتبها أو من أُرسلت إليه.
وتأمل الجهات المعنية أن تساعد هذه الرسالة على إعادة التواصل بين أجيال مختلفة، جمعتها رسالة عابرة للزمن.
Two Poles discovered an old message inside a 66-year-old bottle while they were near the remains of World War II defensive structures on the "Stogi" beach in Gdańsk.
Eric and Kuba said they found the bottle during a regular walk, and it turned out to contain a handwritten message dating back to 1959. In the text of the message, written by a girl named "Rysia" and addressed to someone named "Bani," she expressed her feelings of nostalgia and love, and talked about her sense of loneliness during her studies in the city of Tarnów.
The message, which remarkably survived the ravages of time and weather, caught the attention of the media, and curiosity drove Eric and Kuba to contact a museum in the city of Tarnów, hoping to trace the origins of the message and find out who wrote it or to whom it was sent.
The concerned parties hope that this message will help reconnect different generations, brought together by a message that transcends time.
