دخل مشروع عائلة كيليان مبابي في نادي ستاد ماليرب كاين الفرنسي مرحلة جديدة من إعادة البناء، عبر رؤية تركز على صناعة المواهب وتطوير بيئة التكوين، حيث وضعت فايزة العماري، والدة نجم ريال مدريد والمنتخب الفرنسي، قواعد خاصة داخل مركز التدريب، أبرزها حظر الهواتف المحمولة لتعزيز التواصل بين اللاعبين الشباب وترسيخ ثقافة جماعية داخل الأكاديمية.
وكشف ماتيو بودمر، المدير الرياضي الجديد لنادي ستاد ماليرب كاين، إعجابه الكبير بهذا القرار، مؤكداً أن الخطوة تعكس فلسفة مختلفة في التعامل مع لاعبي الفئات السنية، تقوم على تقوية الروابط بينهم ومنحهم مساحة أكبر للتفاعل بعيداً عن تأثير الأجهزة الإلكترونية.
وقال بودمر: «فايزة العماري حظرت الهاتف المحمول في مركز التدريب، وهذا قرار رائع. اللاعبون الشباب يتحدثون ويعيشون معاً»، مشيراً إلى أن مشروع عائلة مبابي يتجاوز حدود الجانب الرياضي ليشمل مختلف تفاصيل حياة اللاعبين.
وأوضح المدير الرياضي أن النادي عمل على تطوير منظومة متكاملة داخل الأكاديمية تشمل التعليم، والإقامة، والتغذية، والدعم الإنساني، مع توفير ظروف تساعد اللاعبين الشباب على التطور داخل وخارج الملعب.
وأضاف بودمر: «مشروعهم مع الشباب يهمني. لو رأيتم ما يتم وضعه في الجانب الدراسي، والإقامة، والتغذية، والمرافقة الإنسانية»، مؤكداً أن هذه الرؤية كانت من بين الأسباب الرئيسية التي دفعته للعودة إلى ناديه السابق والعمل ضمن مشروع طويل الأمد.
وكانت عائلة مبابي قد استحوذت على نحو 80% من أسهم نادي ستاد ماليرب كاين خلال صيف عام 2024 عبر صندوقها الاستثماري الخاص، لتبدأ مرحلة جديدة تهدف إلى إعادة بناء النادي وتعزيز مكانته من خلال الاعتماد على تطوير المواهب الشابة.
وشكل المشروع الذي قدمه رئيس النادي زياد حمود وفايزة العماري عاملاً مهماً في قرار بودمر بالعودة إلى الفريق، بعدما غادر لوهافر، حيث يسعى المدير الرياضي الجديد إلى وضع خطة تمتد من مركز التكوين وصولاً إلى الفريق الأول، بهدف إعادة ستاد ماليرب كاين إلى دوري الدرجة الثانية الفرنسي.
وعن علاقته بكيليان مبابي، أوضح بودمر أنه لم يلتقِ به منذ توليه منصبه في النادي، لكنه يحمل رسالة خاصة للنجم الفرنسي، قائلاً: «أمنيتي الكبرى هي أن أقول لكيليان: لا تقلق بشأننا، سنقوم بما يجب علينا. شكراً على الأموال التي تمكنت من استثمارها في البداية، وسنحاول أن نجعل النادي في أفضل صورة ممكنة».
ويستعد ستاد ماليرب كاين، بقيادة مدربه غايل كليشي، لانطلاق موسمه في دوري الدرجة الثالثة الفرنسي بمواجهة فالنسيان على أرضه يوم الجمعة، في بداية مرحلة جديدة يأمل خلالها النادي في العودة إلى الواجهة عبر مشروع يقوم على الانضباط والتكوين وصناعة المواهب.

Matthieu Bodmer, the new sports director of Stade Malherbe Caen, expressed his great admiration for this decision, confirming that the step reflects a different philosophy in dealing with youth players, aimed at strengthening the bonds between them and giving them more space to interact away from the influence of electronic devices.
Bodmer said: "Faiza Lamari has banned mobile phones in the training center, and this is a wonderful decision. Young players talk and live together," pointing out that the Mbappé family project goes beyond the sporting aspect to include various details of the players' lives.
The sports director explained that the club has worked on developing a comprehensive system within the academy that includes education, accommodation, nutrition, and humanitarian support, providing conditions that help young players develop both on and off the field.
Bodmer added: "Their project with the youth matters to me. If you see what is being put in place regarding education, accommodation, nutrition, and humanitarian support," confirming that this vision was among the main reasons that prompted him to return to his former club and work within a long-term project.
The Mbappé family acquired about 80% of the shares of Stade Malherbe Caen during the summer of 2024 through their private investment fund, marking the beginning of a new phase aimed at rebuilding the club and enhancing its position by focusing on developing young talents.
The project presented by club president Ziad Hamoud and Faiza Lamari was a significant factor in Bodmer's decision to return to the team after leaving Le Havre, as the new sports director seeks to establish a plan that extends from the training center to the first team, with the goal of returning Stade Malherbe Caen to the French Ligue 2.
Regarding his relationship with Kylian Mbappé, Bodmer clarified that he has not met him since taking up his position at the club, but he has a special message for the French star, saying: "My greatest wish is to tell Kylian: don't worry about us, we will do what we need to do. Thank you for the money you were able to invest at the beginning, and we will try to make the club look its best."
Stade Malherbe Caen, led by coach Gaël Clichy, is preparing to kick off its season in the French third division with a home match against Valenciennes on Friday, marking the beginning of a new phase in which the club hopes to return to prominence through a project based on discipline, training, and talent development.
