اختتم الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم البرنامج التأهيلي لمراقبي المباريات في 5 مناطق حول المملكة وهي الرياض وجدة والدمام وأبها والجوف بحضور 500 مراقب و50 مراقبة.
ويهدف البرنامج التأهيلي لتطوير الكفاءات الوطنية في مجال المراقبين والمنسقين ورفع مستوى الاحترافية من خلال مسار تطويري واضح يرتقي بأداء المراقبين والمنسقين ويعزز من الجاهزية لإدارة المباريات بمختلف مستوياتها، إضافة لتقييم المستويات من خلال اختبارات نظرية وميدانية.
واشتمل البرنامج التأهيلي على ورش عمل نظرية تم من خلالها شرح نظام التقارير وفق الإجراءات المعتمدة، إضافة إلى تحديد المعايير التشغيلية وخطة العمل الموحدة للمباريات وفقًا للمستوى التشغيلي للمباراة، كما تم شرح بروتوكولات المباريات وأبرز التحديات وطرق التعامل معها.
وفي الجانب العملي تم شرح معايير جاهزية الملعب وفقًا للمخططات والقياسات المعتمدة من الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (FIFA)، كما تم شرح متطلبات إضاءة الملاعب ومعايير السلامة، إضافة لآلية تنفيذ الإجراءات الميدانية للجوانب الأمنية والإعلامية.
وتعتمد إدارة المراقبين والمنسقين إقامة برامج تأهيلية مستمرة لمراقبي ومنسقي المباريات تتواءم مع أعلى المعايير القارية والدولية.
ومن المقرر أن يدير مراقبو ومنسقو الاتحاد السعودي خلال الموسم الجديد أكثر من 10 آلاف مباراة في مختلف المسابقات المحلية والقارية للرجال والسيدات.
The Saudi Football Federation has concluded the training program for match observers in 5 regions across the Kingdom, namely Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Abha, and Al-Jouf, with the attendance of 500 observers and 50 female observers.
The training program aims to develop national competencies in the field of observers and coordinators and to raise the level of professionalism through a clear developmental pathway that enhances the performance of observers and coordinators and strengthens readiness to manage matches at various levels, in addition to evaluating levels through theoretical and field tests.
The training program included theoretical workshops during which the reporting system was explained according to the approved procedures, in addition to defining operational standards and the unified work plan for matches according to the operational level of the match. The match protocols and the main challenges, as well as ways to deal with them, were also explained.
On the practical side, the criteria for stadium readiness were explained according to the plans and measurements approved by the International Football Federation (FIFA), as well as the requirements for stadium lighting and safety standards, in addition to the mechanism for implementing field procedures for security and media aspects.
The management of observers and coordinators relies on establishing continuous training programs for match observers and coordinators that align with the highest continental and international standards.
It is scheduled that the observers and coordinators of the Saudi Federation will manage more than 10,000 matches during the new season across various local and continental competitions for both men and women.
