أعلن نادي الهلال السعودي نجاح العملية الجراحية التي خضع لها قائد الفريق الأول لكرة القدم سالم الدوسري، لعلاج إصابة في وتر الركبة، وذلك في فنلندا تحت إشراف الطبيب المختص لانسي ليمباينن.
وأوضح النادي، عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصة «إكس»، أن الجراحة أُجريت صباح (الثلاثاء)، وتكللت بالنجاح، مشيراً إلى أن اللاعب سيبدأ خلال الفترة القادمة برنامجاً علاجياً وتأهيلياً في أحد المراكز الطبية المتخصصة، بإشراف الجهاز الطبي للفريق.
وكان الدوسري قد خضع، (الإثنين)، لفحوصات طبية في فنلندا لتقييم حالته وتحديد مدى حاجته إلى التدخل الجراحي، قبل أن يقرر الفريق الطبي إجراء العملية.
وسبق للهلال أن أعلن في 10 يوليو الجاري أن اللاعب يحتاج إلى برنامج علاجي وتأهيلي يمتد ما بين ستة وثمانية أسابيع، إلا أن إجراء العملية الجراحية قد يؤدي إلى تمديد فترة غيابه عن الملاعب، وفقاً للتقديرات الطبية.
ويأتي ذلك بعد مشاركة الدوسري مع المنتخب السعودي في بطولة كأس العالم، التي ودعها «الأخضر» من دور المجموعات، بعدما أنهى مشواره في المركز الرابع برصيد نقطتين، متأخراً بفارق الأهداف عن صاحب المركز الثالث.
وعلى صعيد مشاركاته مع الهلال، خاض الدوسري خلال الموسم الماضي 26 مباراة، سجل خلالها ثمانية أهداف، وقدم 10 تمريرات حاسمة.
ويُعد الدوسري، البالغ من العمر 35 عاماً، أحد أبرز نجوم الهلال عبر تاريخه، إذ انضم إلى الفريق الأول عام 2011، وأسهم في تحقيق العديد من البطولات المحلية والقارية، فيما تتردد أنباء عن تلقيه عروضاً للانتقال خلال فترة الانتقالات الحالية، في ظل تقارير إعلامية تحدثت عن اهتمام نادي الدرعية وأحد أندية الدوري القطري بالتعاقد معه، دون صدور أي إعلان رسمي بشأن مستقبله.
The Saudi Al-Hilal Club announced the success of the surgical operation undergone by the captain of the first football team, Salem Al-Dosari, to treat an injury to his knee tendon, which took place in Finland under the supervision of the specialist doctor, Lansi Lempainen.
The club clarified, via its official account on the "X" platform, that the surgery was performed on Tuesday morning and was successful, noting that the player will begin a therapeutic and rehabilitation program at one of the specialized medical centers, under the supervision of the team's medical staff.
Al-Dosari had undergone medical examinations in Finland on Monday to assess his condition and determine the necessity of surgical intervention, before the medical team decided to proceed with the operation.
Previously, Al-Hilal announced on July 10 that the player requires a therapeutic and rehabilitation program lasting between six to eight weeks; however, undergoing the surgical operation may extend his absence from the field, according to medical estimates.
This comes after Al-Dosari participated with the Saudi national team in the World Cup, from which "Al-Akhdar" was eliminated in the group stage, finishing in fourth place with two points, trailing by goal difference from the third place team.
In terms of his participation with Al-Hilal, Al-Dosari played 26 matches last season, scoring eight goals and providing 10 assists.
Al-Dosari, who is 35 years old, is considered one of the most prominent stars in Al-Hilal's history, having joined the first team in 2011 and contributed to winning numerous local and continental championships. There are reports of him receiving offers for a transfer during the current transfer period, amid media reports discussing the interest of Al-Dhariyah Club and one of the Qatari league clubs in signing him, though no official announcement regarding his future has been made.
