تحوّل بلاغ عن وفاة طبيعية لرجل مسن إلى قضية جنائية، بعدما قادت التحريات الأمنية في القاهرة إلى كشف ملابسات الواقعة، التي أسفرت عن القبض على ابنة المسن واتهامها بالتسبب في وفاته.
وكشفت الأجهزة الأمنية في مصر تفاصيل الواقعة التي شهدتها العاصمة القاهرة، بعد تلقيها بلاغاً من فتاة أفادت بوفاة والدها المسن داخل المنزل. وأثناء معاينة الجثمان، لاحظ رجال الأمن مؤشرات أثارت الشكوك حول وجود شبهة جنائية، ما استدعى توسيع نطاق التحقيقات.
ووفقاً لنتائج التحريات، كان الأب يعاني من عجز حركي، وطلب من ابنته مساعدته على الذهاب إلى دورة المياه، إلا أن الموقف تطور إلى مشادة بينهما انتهت باعتداء الابنة عليه بعنف، ما أدى إلى وفاته.
وأشارت التحقيقات إلى أن المتهمة حاولت إخفاء معالم الجريمة، إذ نقلت جثمان والدها إلى سريره، في محاولة لإقناع الجهات المختصة بأن الوفاة جاءت نتيجة تدهور حالته الصحية.
وبعد استكمال التحريات وجمع الأدلة، ألقت قوات الأمن القبض على المتهمة، التي لم تصمد روايتها أمام نتائج التحقيقات والأدلة التي توصل إليها المحققون.
واتُخذت الإجراءات القانونية بحقها، فيما باشرت النيابة العامة التحقيق في القضية لاستكمال كشف جميع ملابسات الواقعة، قبل إصدار التصاريح القانونية الخاصة بدفن الجثمان.

The security agencies in Egypt revealed details of the incident that occurred in the capital, Cairo, after receiving a report from a girl who stated that her elderly father had died at home. During the examination of the body, security personnel noticed indicators that raised suspicions of a criminal nature, prompting an expansion of the investigations.
According to the investigation results, the father was suffering from mobility impairment and had asked his daughter to help him go to the bathroom, but the situation escalated into an argument between them that ended with the daughter violently assaulting him, leading to his death.
The investigations indicated that the accused attempted to conceal the crime's traces by moving her father's body to his bed, in an effort to convince the authorities that the death was due to the deterioration of his health condition.
After completing the investigations and gathering evidence, the security forces arrested the accused, whose story could not withstand the results of the investigations and the evidence uncovered by the investigators.
Legal actions were taken against her, while the public prosecution began investigating the case to uncover all the circumstances of the incident before issuing the legal permits for the burial of the body.
