أعلن نادي الشباب تعيين البلجيكي أوليفييه رينارد مديراً رياضياً للنادي، في خطوة جديدة تهدف إلى تعزيز العمل المؤسسي وقيادة الإستراتيجية الفنية لقطاع كرة القدم، والإشراف على تطوير المنظومة الفنية بما يتوافق مع رؤية النادي وأهدافه المستقبلية.
وجاء قرار إدارة الشباب، برئاسة عبدالعزيز المالك، ضمن توجه النادي نحو بناء إستراتيجية فنية متكاملة، تعمل على تطوير الهوية الفنية، والارتقاء بآليات العمل داخل قطاع كرة القدم، إلى جانب بناء منظومة مستدامة تدعم مختلف الفئات وتسهم في تحقيق تطلعات النادي على المديين القريب والبعيد.
ويملك رينارد خبرة إدارية ورياضية اكتسبها من خلال عدد من المحطات البارزة، إذ سبق له العمل مديراً رياضياً في أندرلخت البلجيكي، كما خاض تجربة مع مونتريال الكندي، وعمل في ستاندارد لييج البلجيكي، إضافة إلى محطة مع ميشيلين البلجيكي، وهي تجارب متنوعة عززت خبرته في إدارة المشاريع الرياضية وبناء الهياكل الفنية.
وتراهن إدارة الشباب على خبرة المدير الرياضي البلجيكي في رسم ملامح المرحلة القادمة، من خلال توحيد الرؤية الفنية ورفع جودة العمل الإداري والفني، إلى جانب تطوير آليات اتخاذ القرار ودعم مختلف قطاعات كرة القدم داخل النادي.
ويمثل تعيين أوليفييه رينارد خطوة جديدة في مشروع الشباب الساعي إلى بناء منظومة أكثر استقراراً واستدامة، في ظل طموحات النادي للعودة بقوة إلى المنافسة وتحقيق أهدافه الرياضية خلال المرحلة القادمة.
The Al-Shabab Club announced the appointment of Belgian Olivier Renard as the club's sporting director, in a new step aimed at enhancing institutional work and leading the technical strategy for the football sector, as well as overseeing the development of the technical system in line with the club's vision and future goals.
The decision by the Al-Shabab management, headed by Abdulaziz Al-Malik, comes as part of the club's direction towards building a comprehensive technical strategy that works on developing the technical identity and improving the mechanisms of work within the football sector, in addition to building a sustainable system that supports various categories and contributes to achieving the club's aspirations in both the short and long term.
Renard has administrative and sporting experience gained through several prominent stages, having previously worked as a sporting director at Belgian club Anderlecht, as well as having an experience with Canadian Montreal, and working at Belgian Standard Liège, in addition to a stint with Belgian Michelin, all of which are diverse experiences that enhanced his expertise in managing sports projects and building technical structures.
The Al-Shabab management is betting on the Belgian sporting director's experience to outline the features of the upcoming phase, by unifying the technical vision and raising the quality of administrative and technical work, along with developing decision-making mechanisms and supporting various football sectors within the club.
The appointment of Olivier Renard represents a new step in the Al-Shabab project aimed at building a more stable and sustainable system, in light of the club's ambitions to return strongly to competition and achieve its sporting goals in the upcoming phase.
