التقى محافظ الأحساء الأمير سعود بن طلال بن بدر، بمقر المحافظة اليوم، بمجلس إدارات الأندية الرياضية بالمحافظة، بحضور نائب وزير الرياضة بدر بن عبدالرحمن القاضي، وعدد من قيادات الوزارة، ورؤساء وأعضاء الأندية الرياضية، في لقاء يهدف إلى تعزيز التعاون وتطوير القطاع الرياضي ورفع مستوى الأداء.
وجرى خلال اللقاء استعراض أبرز التحديات والفرص التي تواجه الأندية، ومناقشة الإستراتيجيات والخطط الرامية إلى تطوير المنشآت والبرامج الفنية، وتعزيز الحوكمة بما يحقق أثرًا ملموسًا على مستوى الأداء، إضافة إلى بحث آليات الاستثمار والرعاية لتعزيز الاستدامة والتنافسية الرياضية في المحافظة.
وأكد محافظ الأحساء أن دعم الأندية وتمكينها يسهم في رفع جودة الحياة، ويوسع قاعدة المشاركة الرياضية بين جميع فئات المجتمع، مشيرًا إلى أهمية الشراكة مع وزارة الرياضة لتسريع برامج تطوير المنشآت والبرامج الفنية، وتعظيم أثر المبادرات الرياضية في المحافظة.
ونوه بجهود الأندية في خدمة المجتمع ودورها الحيوي في تعزيز جودة الحياة وتوسيع المشاركة المجتمعية، وأن تمكين الأندية وفتح مسارات الاستثمار والرعاية يعزز استدامتها ويرفع تنافسية الأحساء على مستوى المملكة، مشيرًا إلى أن هذه الجهود تتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 لتعزيز المجتمع الحيوي والتنمية المستدامة، بما يسهم في تمكين الإنسان وتعظيم أثر المبادرات الرياضية في المحافظة.
من جانبه، أشاد نائب وزير الرياضة بالدعم المستمر الذي يقدمه محافظ الأحساء للقطاع الرياضي بالمحافظة، مؤكدًا أن المتابعة المباشرة والدعم المتواصل يسهمان في تمكين الأندية، وتعزيز أداء برامجها، وفتح فرص للاستثمار والرعاية، بما يعزز التنافسية الرياضية للأحساء على مستوى المملكة.
The Governor of Al-Ahsa, Prince Saud bin Talal bin Badr, met today at the governorate headquarters with the boards of directors of the sports clubs in the province, in the presence of the Deputy Minister of Sports, Badr bin Abdulrahman Al-Qadi, along with several ministry leaders and the heads and members of the sports clubs, in a meeting aimed at enhancing cooperation, developing the sports sector, and improving performance levels.
During the meeting, the main challenges and opportunities facing the clubs were reviewed, and strategies and plans aimed at developing facilities and technical programs were discussed, as well as enhancing governance to achieve a tangible impact on performance levels. Additionally, mechanisms for investment and sponsorship were explored to enhance sustainability and sports competitiveness in the province.
The Governor of Al-Ahsa emphasized that supporting and empowering clubs contributes to improving the quality of life and expands the base of sports participation among all segments of society, pointing out the importance of partnership with the Ministry of Sports to accelerate the development programs for facilities and technical programs, and to maximize the impact of sports initiatives in the province.
He noted the efforts of the clubs in serving the community and their vital role in enhancing the quality of life and expanding community participation, stating that empowering clubs and opening investment and sponsorship pathways enhances their sustainability and raises Al-Ahsa's competitiveness at the national level. He indicated that these efforts align with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 to promote a vibrant community and sustainable development, contributing to empowering individuals and maximizing the impact of sports initiatives in the province.
For his part, the Deputy Minister of Sports praised the ongoing support provided by the Governor of Al-Ahsa to the sports sector in the province, affirming that direct follow-up and continuous support contribute to empowering the clubs, enhancing the performance of their programs, and opening opportunities for investment and sponsorship, thus boosting Al-Ahsa's sports competitiveness at the national level.
