اختُتمت مساء أمس (الثلاثاء) منافسات بطولة ماسترز السعودية للسهام 2026 ضمن فعاليات موسم الرياض، التي أُقيمت في المسرح العالمي (Global Theatre) في بوليفارد سيتي، وسط حضور جماهيري وإقبال واسع وتفاعل لافت، لتسدل الستار على نسخة أولى شهدت تنافساً عالي المستوى بمشاركة نخبة من أبرز نجوم رياضة السهام عالمياً إلى جانب مجموعة من لاعبي القارة الآسيوية.
وأقيمت في اليوم الختامي الأدوار النهائية في أمسية واحدة تضمنت ربع النهائي ونصف النهائي والنهائي، وواصل الهولندي مايكل فان غيرفن حضوره القوي بعدما تفوق على الإنجليزي ستيفن بانتنغ بنتيجة 6-4 ضمن ربع النهائي، فيما حسم الإنجليزي ناثان أسبينال مواجهته أمام لاعب هونغ كونغ مان لوك ليونغ بنتيجة 6-4. وفي مواجهة أخرى، فاز الإنجليزي لوك ليتلر على الهولندي جيان فان فين بنتيجة 6-4، بينما شهد ربع النهائي مباراة مثيرة انتهت بفوز الويلزي غيروين برايس على الإنجليزي لوك همفريز بنتيجة 6-5.
وفي نصف النهائي، تفوق مايكل فان غيرفن على ناثان أسبينال بنتيجة 7-5 ليحجز مقعده في النهائي، فيما نجح لوك ليتلر في تجاوز غيروين برايس بالنتيجة نفسها (7-5)، قبل أن تُختتم البطولة بالمباراة النهائية التي توّجت لوك ليتلر بلقب النسخة الأولى بعد فوزه على مايكل فان غيرفن بنتيجة 8-5.
وشهد اليوم الأول إقامة ثماني مواجهات ضمن الدور الأول، حيث تنافس الهولندي داني نوبيرت مع لاعب هونغ كونغ مان لوك ليونغ، ونجح مان لوك ليونغ في تحقيق الفوز بنتيجة 6-3. وفي اللقاء الثاني، تفوق الإنجليزي ستيفن بانتنغ على الياباني تومويا غوتو بنتيجة 6-1، فيما حسم الإنجليزي ناثان أسبينال مواجهته أمام الفلبيني لورنس إيلاجان بنتيجة 6-1. كما واصل الهولندي مايكل فان غيرفن حضوره القوي بعدما فاز على الهندي نيتين كومار بنتيجة 6-1.
وفي بقية المواجهات، فاز الإنجليزي لوك ليتلر على السنغافوري بول ليم بنتيجة 6-1، فيما اكتسح الويلزي غيروين برايس منافسه الفلبيني أليكسيس تويلو بنتيجة 6-0. وتمكن الإنجليزي لوك همفريز من تجاوز الياباني ريوسي أزيموتو بنتيجة 6-2، بينما اختُتمت المواجهات بمباراة جمعت الهولندي جيان فان فين مع الياباني موتومو ساكاي، وانتهت بفوز جيان فان فين بنتيجة 6-2.
وتُعد بطولة ماسترز السعودية للسهام 2026 فعالية نوعية تُقام لأول مرة في المملكة، ضمن حدث عالمي يجمع نخبة من نجوم رابطة محترفي السهام (PDC) إلى جانب مجموعة من أبرز لاعبي القارة الآسيوية، في منافسات تُنقل عالمياً وتعكس تنامي حضور الرياضة العالمية في الرياض.
وتتميز البطولة بجوائز استثنائية، إذ يحصل أي لاعب ينجح في تحقيق «رمية الـ9 سهام» (Nine-Darter) على جائزة بقيمة 100 ألف دولار، مع فرصة مضاعفتها إلى 200 ألف دولار عبر تحدي Riyadh Season Bullseye، في جائزة تُعد الأكبر من نوعها في تاريخ رابطة PDC.
ويواصل موسم الرياض تقديم مجموعة حافلة من التجارب الترفيهية والفعاليات العالمية التي تستقطب مختلف الفئات، عبر محتوى متنوع يجمع بين الرياضة والفنون والعروض الحية والتجارب التفاعلية، ضمن رؤية تعزز مكانة العاصمة الرياض وجهة ترفيهية رائدة على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
The Saudi Masters of Darts 2026 concluded yesterday evening (Tuesday) as part of the Riyadh Season events, held at the Global Theatre in Boulevard City, amidst a large audience and wide turnout with remarkable interaction, marking the end of a first edition that witnessed high-level competition with the participation of a selection of the world's top darts stars alongside a group of players from the Asian continent.
On the final day, the final rounds took place in one evening, including the quarter-finals, semi-finals, and the final. Dutch player Michael van Gerwen continued his strong presence after defeating Englishman Stephen Bunting with a score of 6-4 in the quarter-finals, while Englishman Nathan Aspinall secured his match against Hong Kong's Man Lok Leung with a score of 6-4. In another match, Englishman Luke Littler defeated Dutchman Gian van Veen with a score of 6-4, while the quarter-finals featured an exciting match that ended with Welshman Gerwyn Price defeating Englishman Luke Humphries with a score of 6-5.
In the semi-finals, Michael van Gerwen triumphed over Nathan Aspinall with a score of 7-5 to secure his place in the final, while Luke Littler managed to overcome Gerwyn Price by the same score (7-5), before the tournament concluded with the final match that crowned Luke Littler as the champion of the first edition after his victory over Michael van Gerwen with a score of 8-5.
On the first day, eight matches were held in the first round, where Dutchman Danny Noppert competed against Hong Kong's Man Lok Leung, who succeeded in winning with a score of 6-3. In the second match, Englishman Stephen Bunting outperformed Japanese player Tomoya Goto with a score of 6-1, while Englishman Nathan Aspinall secured his match against Filipino Lawrence Elarian with a score of 6-1. Dutchman Michael van Gerwen continued his strong presence after defeating Indian Nitin Kumar with a score of 6-1.
In the remaining matches, Englishman Luke Littler defeated Singaporean Paul Lim with a score of 6-1, while Welshman Gerwyn Price swept his Filipino opponent Alexis Tuillo with a score of 6-0. Englishman Luke Humphries managed to surpass Japanese Ryuji Azumoto with a score of 6-2, while the matches concluded with a game between Dutchman Gian van Veen and Japanese Motomu Sakai, ending with Gian van Veen winning with a score of 6-2.
The Saudi Masters of Darts 2026 is a unique event held for the first time in the Kingdom, as part of a global event that brings together a selection of stars from the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) alongside some of the top players from the Asian continent, in competitions broadcast worldwide that reflect the growing presence of global sports in Riyadh.
