حرمت إصابة أوتار الركبة نجم منتخب إندونيسيا مارسيلينو فيردينان من التواجد ضمن القائمة المستدعاة لخوض تصفيات الملحق الآسيوي المؤهل لمونديال كأس العالم 2026، إذ سبق أن أحرز مارسيلينو فيردينان هدفي منتخب بلاده خلال مواجهة الأخضر التي خسرها الأخير بهدفين دون مقابل في نوفمبر الماضي عندما أقيم اللقاء في العاصمة جاكرتا.
وفي حديث لوسائل الإعلام المحلية بالبلاد أكد مدير المنتخب الأحمر سوماردي سيلاكو غياب مارسيلينو فيردينان صاحب الـ 21 عامًا لشعوره ببعض الآلام بسبب إصابته الأخيرة في أوتار الركبة.
The injury to the hamstring has prevented Indonesia national team star Marcelino Ferdinand from being included in the squad called up for the Asian playoff qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. Marcelino Ferdinand had previously scored both goals for his country during the match against the Green, which the latter lost 2-0 last November when the game was held in the capital, Jakarta.
In a statement to local media in the country, the red team's manager, Sumardi Silako, confirmed the absence of 21-year-old Marcelino Ferdinand due to some pain from his recent hamstring injury.
