لأول مرة في تاريخه.. الخلود إلى دور الـ 16 من كأس الملك

Al-Khulood qualified for the Round of 16 of the King Abdulaziz Cup for the first time in its history, after defeating its host Al-Bukayriyah with a score of two goals to one, in the match held at Al-Bukayriyah Club's stadium as part of the Round of 32 of the tournament.

The goals for Al-Khulood were scored by Saud Fattah (own goal in the 28th minute) and Ramiro Enrique (71st minute), while the goal for Al-Bukayriyah was scored by Mishari Al-Khalifah (82nd minute).

The match witnessed Al-Khulood's dominance, and from a corner kick, Hattan Bahbari exchanged the ball with John Buckley, who delivered a high cross into the penalty area. Defender Saud Fattah attempted to clear it with his head but accidentally directed it into his own net, giving Al-Khulood their first goal (28th minute). From a high ball, Abdulaziz Al-Aliwah attempted to play it with a backward header, but it deflected off the defense and reached Ramiro Enrique, who powerfully shot it from the edge of the 18-yard box into the net, marking one of the most beautiful goals seen in the tournament so far (71st minute). In the final minutes of the match, Saud Fattah delivered a high ball that Mishari Al-Khalifah headed into the net, scoring for Al-Bukayriyah (81st minute), ending the match with Al-Khulood winning two goals to one.

With this result, Al-Khulood qualifies for the Round of 16 for the first time in its history, while Al-Bukayriyah exits the tournament.
