أكد مدرب ناساف الأوزبكي روزيكول بيرديف، أن فريقه واجه خصما منظما وقويا تمثل في الأهلي بطل النسخة الماضية لدوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة، ومع ذلك استطاع التقدم بالنتيجة وبذل جهدا كبيرا للحفاظ عليها. وأضاف أن ضغط الأهلي في الشوط الثاني كان كبيرا جدا.
وأشار المدرب إلى الأخطاء الفردية في فريقه، وخصوصا من الحارس، التي تسببت في استقبال هدفين، مؤكدا أن الحارس كان عليه التأكد من قدرته على التحكم بالكرة قبل مغادرة مكانه.
وقال روزيكول: «في منتصف الشوط الثاني، ظهر التعب على اللاعبين، ما أفقدهم التركيز في لحظات مختلفة من المباراة». وأوضح أن الأهلي تحكم بالأمور بعد الهدف الثاني.
وعند رده على سؤال من «عكاظ» حول الفارق بين الدوري الأوزبكي ودوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة، ذكر أنه لا يمكن المقارنة بين المسابقتين، نظرا للفارق الكبير في مستوى الخصوم من حيث العناصر والجودة، خصوصا الأندية السعودية.
