تقاسم الجاران الهلال والنصر صدارة التصنيف الإداري لمعايير الحوكمة والشفافية للنصف الثاني من الموسم الرياضي 2024-2025، وفق إعلان وزارة الرياضة نتائج تقييم الحوكمة، التي أكدت نجاح الهلال والنصر في تحقيق العلامة الكاملة بـ29 مؤشراً من أصل 29، لينالا بذلك الدعم المستحق كاملاً (10 ملايين ريال)، فيما حقق الاتحاد والأهلي 27 مؤشراً من أصل 29، ليستحق الأول 7.5 مليون ريال فيما استحق الأهلي 6.750 مليون ريال، نتيجة الالتزام العالي بالمعايير المطلوبة.
وفي المرتبة التالية جاء القادسية الذي حقق 25 مؤشراً من أصل 27، ليستحق دعماً بلغ 6.75 مليون ريال، فيما تواجد الدرعية في الفئة الثالثة بعد حصوله على 18 مؤشراً من أصل 22، مستحقاً دعماً قدره 2.45 مليون ريال، فيما تذيل العُلا القائمة بعد تحقيقه 11 مؤشراً من أصل 14، حاصلاً بذلك على دعم جزئي قيمته 250 ألف ريال، في حين خرج نيوم من دائرة الدعم تماماً، بعد أن اكتفى بتحقيق 6 مؤشرات فقط من أصل 14، ليكون بذلك غير مستحق للدعم، وفق معايير الوزارة.
وعلى صعيد الأندية الرياضية العامة، واصل الاتفاق تميزه بتحقيقه 31 مؤشراً من أصل 32، ليحصل على دعم مستحق قدره 10 ملايين ريال، بينما حل الشباب خلفه بتحقيقه 30 مؤشراً، استحق بها 10 ملايين ريال.
وفي الفئة «ب»، حاز الحزم على الصدارة بدرجة تقييم بلغت 6.80، يليه التعاون والفيحاء والتقدم والرياض والفتح، واستحق أصحاب هذه الفئة دعماً بلغ 7.5 مليون ريال لكل من تجاوز درجة 6.60، فيما حصلت الأندية التي سجلت بين 6.35 و6.60 على دعم بلغ 3.75 مليون ريال، بينما حُرمت الأندية التي سجلت أقل من ذلك من الدعم.

This confirmed the success of Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr in achieving a perfect score of 29 indicators out of 29, thus receiving the full deserved support of 10 million riyals. Meanwhile, Al-Ittihad and Al-Ahli achieved 27 indicators out of 29, with the former deserving 7.5 million riyals and the latter 6.750 million riyals, due to their high commitment to the required standards.
In the next rank came Al-Qadisiyah, which achieved 25 indicators out of 27, deserving a support of 6.75 million riyals. Al-Dhariyah was in the third category after obtaining 18 indicators out of 22, deserving a support of 2.45 million riyals, while Al-Ula was at the bottom of the list after achieving 11 indicators out of 14, thus receiving a partial support of 250 thousand riyals. Meanwhile, Neom completely fell out of the support circle after only achieving 6 indicators out of 14, making it ineligible for support according to the ministry's standards.
In terms of general sports clubs, Al-Ettifaq continued its excellence by achieving 31 indicators out of 32, thus receiving a deserved support of 10 million riyals, while Al-Shabab followed closely with 30 indicators, deserving 10 million riyals.
