علمت «عكاظ» من مصادرها أن هناك عدداً من اللاعبين الأساسين في فريق الوحدة سيغادرون من خلال الانتقال لأندية أخرى، وأبرز هؤلاء اللاعبين قائد الفريق وليد باخشوين الذي يعتبر أقدم اللاعبين في الفريق حينما انضم لصفوف الفرسان في عهد ادارة الرئيس الأسبق حاتم خيمي قبل سبع سنوات، ومعه الرباعي يحيى النجعي ومشعل العلايلي، وحسين العيسى، وعبدالله العويشير.
ومن المنتظر أن يعقد الجهاز الإداري خلال الأيام القادمة اجتماعاً لمناقشة خطة الاستعداد للموسم الرياضي الجديد، والخطوة الأولى التعاقد مع جهاز فني خلفاً للجهاز الفني السابق بقيادة كارينيو، وجلب لاعبين محليين وأجانب، وتحديد انطلاقة التدريبات، ومكان إقامة معسكر الفريق الإعدادي للموسم القادم.
