على استاد مدينة المجمعة، تنفس الفيحاء الصعداء بعد فوزه المتأخر على ضيفه الأخدود بهدفين دون مقابل، فيما تعقدت أمور الأخدود إذ أصبح لزاماً عليه الفوز في المواجهتين القادمتين للبقاء في دوري المحترفين على أمل تعثر منافسيه.
شهد اللقاء بداية قوية من الفريقين لحسم اللقاء مبكراً، ولم يبتسم الحظ للفيحاء إلا في الدقائق الأخيرة من عمر المباراة، فقد استفاد البديل سطام الروقي من الكرة المرتدة من حارس الأخدود راكان النجار ليمررها لزميله المهاجم رينزو لوبيز ليسددها في المرمى الخالي هدفاً أول للفيحاء (د:87)، ومن تمريرة طويلة من حارس الفيحاء أولاندو موسكيرا وصلت الكرة لزميله فاشون ساكالا الذي تلاعب بالدفاع وسددها في المرمى هدفاً ثانياً للفيحاء (د:90+2)، لينتهي اللقاء بفوز الفيحاء بهدفين دون مقابل، وبهذه النتيجة يحقق الفيحاء فوزه الثامن ويصل للنقطة الـ36 ويقفز للمركز الـ11، فيما تلقى الأخدود الخسارة الـ18 وتجمد رصيده عند 28 نقطة في المركز الـ17 (قبل الأخير) وبات على وشك الهبوط لدوري «يلو» للدرجة الأولى، إلا في حالة فوزه في الجولتين القادمتين وتعثر منافسيه.
وعلى ملعب إيجو بالدمام، اكتفى الاتفاق وضيفه ضمك بالتعادل السلبي، ولم يقدم أي من الفريقين ما يستحق النقاط الثلاث، إذ حافظ كل فريق على نظافة شباكه تجنباً للخسارة، وبهذه النتيجة يحقق الاتفاق تعادله الثامن ووصل للنقطة الـ44 في المركز السابع، فيما حقق ضمك تعادله الثامن أيضاً ووصل للنقطة الـ35 ووصل للمركز الـ12 ويتنفس الصعداء بالابتعاد قليلاً عن مراكز الخطر.
