يلتقي مجدداً ممثل الوطن فريق التعاون بنظيره الفيصلي الأردني، الساعة 9:15 من مساء اليوم (الأربعاء) على ملعب التعاون ببريدة، وذلك في أولى لقاءات جولة الإياب للمجموعة الثالثة في مسابقة دوري أبطال آسيا 2.
يدخل التعاون هذا اللقاء بعد أن تمكن من الفوز على ضيفه الفيصلي في الجولة الماضية بهدفين دون مقابل، ويحتل حالياً صدارة المجموعة برصيد سبع نقاط حصدها من فوزين على الريان القطري والفيصلي الأردني وتعادل مع النهضة العماني، ويسعى في لقاء الليلة مستغلاً عاملي الأرض والجمهور لتأكيد تفوقه على الفيصلي وحصد النقاط الثلاث لضمان تأهله لدور الـ16 للمسابقة وقبل نهاية دور المجموعات بجولتين.
فيما يدخل فريق الفيصلي الأردني هذا اللقاء محتلاً المركز الثالث برصيد ثلاث نقاط حصدها من فوز وخسارتين، ويطمح للفوز في لقاء الليلة لإنعاش آماله بالمنافسة على خطف إحدى بطاقتي التأهل للدور التالي من المسابقة.
وعلى استاد أحمد بن علي بالعاصمة القطرية الدوحة، يستضيف الريان القطري نظيره فريق النهضة العماني، ويطمح الريان لاستغلال عاملي الأرض والجمهور لتحقيق الفوز ومنافسة التعاون على صدارة المجموعة، إذ يحتل حالياً المركز الثاني برصيد ست نقاط حصدها من فوزين على الفيصلي والنهضة وخسارة من المتصدر التعاون، فيما يسعى النهضة العماني للخروج بالنقاط الثلاث لإبقاء آماله قائمةً في التأهل، إذ يحتل المركز الرابع والأخير بنقطة واحدة من تعادل مع التعاون وخسارتين من الريان والفيصلي.

Al-Taawoun enters this match after managing to win against their guest Al-Faisaly in the previous round with a score of two goals to none. They currently occupy the top spot in the group with seven points, earned from two victories over Qatari Al-Rayan and Jordanian Al-Faisaly, and a draw with Omani Al-Nahda. They aim in tonight's match, taking advantage of the home ground and the crowd, to confirm their superiority over Al-Faisaly and secure the three points to guarantee their qualification for the Round of 16 of the tournament, with two rounds remaining in the group stage.
Meanwhile, the Jordanian Al-Faisaly team enters this match in third place with three points, gained from one win and two losses. They aspire to win tonight's match to revive their hopes of competing for one of the two qualification spots for the next round of the tournament.
At Ahmad bin Ali Stadium in the Qatari capital Doha, Qatari Al-Rayan hosts their counterpart Omani Al-Nahda. Al-Rayan aims to take advantage of the home ground and the crowd to achieve victory and compete with Al-Taawoun for the top spot in the group, as they currently occupy second place with six points, earned from two wins over Al-Faisaly and Al-Nahda and one loss to the group leader Al-Taawoun. Meanwhile, Al-Nahda seeks to secure the three points to keep their hopes alive for qualification, as they sit in fourth and last place with one point from a draw with Al-Taawoun and two losses to Al-Rayan and Al-Faisaly.
