تأهل المنتخب السعودي إلى نهائي بطولة كأس الخليج العربي لكرة القدم «خليجي 27»، بعد فوزه على المنتخب القطري «بطل آسيا» بركلات الترجيح (3-2)، في المباراة التي جمعتهما اليوم على ملعب مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية بجدة، ضمن منافسات الدور نصف النهائي.
وهو التأهل الذي يعيد «الأخضر» إلى منصة الحسم للمرة التاسعة في تاريخ البطولة، في رقم يعكس عمق التجربة وأهمية الأخضر في أعرق البطولات الإقليمية.

This qualification brings the "Green" back to the decisive stage for the ninth time in the history of the tournament, a figure that reflects the depth of experience and the importance of the Green in the most prestigious regional competitions.
