تواصلت الضربات الموجعة في صفوف المنتخب السعودي الذي يخوض حالياً منافسات بطولة خليجي 27، إذ خسر المدرب جورجيوس دونيس مدافعه حسن كادش بسبب إصابة في الفخذ.
بعدما كشفت الفحوصات الطبية عدم جاهزية كادش وحاجته لبرنامج علاجي وتأهيلي، ليتم استبعاده رسمياً من قائمة خليجي 27.
ويُعد كادش هو الإصابة الثالثة في المعسكر بعد الحارس نواف العقيدي وعلاء حجي، مما يضع الجهاز الفني في مأزق قبل انطلاق البطولة.
يذكر أن «الأخضر» تأهل إلى الدور نصف النهائي من بطولة كأس الخليج العربي لكرة القدم «خليجي 27»، عقب فوزه على نظيره العُماني بنتيجة (3 - 0)، في المباراة التي جمعتهما، على ملعب مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية بجدة، ضمن منافسات الجولة الثانية من دور المجموعات.

After medical examinations revealed that Kadhsh was unfit and needed a treatment and rehabilitation program, he was officially excluded from the Gulf Cup 27 roster.
Kadhsh is the third injury in the camp after goalkeeper Nawaf Al-Aqeedi and Alaa Haji, putting the coaching staff in a dilemma before the tournament begins.
It is worth mentioning that the "Green" qualified for the semifinals of the Arabian Gulf Cup "Gulf 27" after defeating their Omani counterpart with a score of (3 - 0) in the match held at King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, as part of the second round of the group stage.
