عقدت الجمعية العامة لشركة نادي الهلال اجتماعها الأول بعد اكتمال استحواذ شركة «المملكة القابضة» على نسبة (70%) من أسهم الشركة، بحضور ممثلي شركة المملكة القابضة وصندوق الاستثمارات العامة، حيث شهدت الجمعية اختيار رئيس وأعضاء مجلس إدارة شركة النادي.
وأسفر الاجتماع عن اختيار كل من: الأمير نواف بن سعد رئيساً للمجلس، والمهندس طلال بن إبراهيم الميمان، وعبدالمجيد بن أحمد الحقباني، والمهندس ياسر بن سليمان الداود، ونواف بن بندر التمياط، وعادل بن عبدالعزيز العبدالسلام، وخالد بن رفيق كريديه؛ أعضاء في مجلس إدارة شركة نادي الهلال.
وعقب اجتماع الجمعية العامة، عقد مجلس الإدارة اجتماعه الأول، حيث تقرّر تسمية الأستاذ عبدالمجيد بن أحمد الحقباني نائبًا لرئيس مجلس الإدارة.
وقدّم مجلس الإدارة شكره لأعضاء المجلس واللجان للدورة المنتهية على ما قدموه خلال فترة عضويتهم.
The General Assembly of Al-Hilal Club Company held its first meeting after the completion of Kingdom Holding Company's acquisition of (70%) of the company's shares, with the presence of representatives from Kingdom Holding Company and the Public Investment Fund. The assembly witnessed the election of the president and members of the club's board of directors.
The meeting resulted in the election of: Prince Nawaf bin Saad as the chairman of the board, and Engineer Talal bin Ibrahim Al-Maiman, Abdulmajid bin Ahmed Al-Huqbani, Engineer Yasser bin Suleiman Al-Dawood, Nawaf bin Bandar Al-Tamiyat, Adel bin Abdulaziz Al-Abdulsalam, and Khalid bin Rafiq Kuridi; as members of the board of directors of Al-Hilal Club Company.
Following the General Assembly meeting, the board of directors held its first meeting, where it was decided to appoint Mr. Abdulmajid bin Ahmed Al-Huqbani as the vice-chairman of the board.
The board of directors expressed its gratitude to the members of the board and committees for the completed term for their contributions during their membership period.
