يشارك المنتخب الوطني الأول في بطولة كأس كونكاكاف الذهبية 2027، التي تنطلق منافساتها في يونيو القادم بمشاركة 16 منتخبًا.
وتسجّل نسخة 2027 الظهور الثاني على التوالي للأخضر في البطولة، بعد مشاركته الأولى عام 2025، التي بلغ من خلالها دور ربع النهائي.
ويُنتظر أن يحدد اتحاد كونكاكاف لاحقًا المدن المستضيفة والملاعب، إضافة إلى جدول المباريات، عقب اكتمال مرحلة التصفيات في مارس القادم.
وتندرج مشاركة الأخضر في البطولة ضمن برنامجه التحضيري للاستحقاقات الدولية القادمة، بهدف خوض تجارب أمام مدارس كروية متنوعة، ورفع مستوى الجاهزية الفنية، وتعزيز الخبرات الدولية للاعبين.
The national team will participate in the 2027 CONCACAF Gold Cup, which will kick off in June with the participation of 16 teams.
The 2027 edition marks the second consecutive appearance for the Green in the tournament, following its first participation in 2025, where it reached the quarter-finals.
CONCACAF is expected to announce the host cities and stadiums, as well as the match schedule, after the completion of the qualifying stage in March.
The Green's participation in the tournament is part of its preparatory program for upcoming international competitions, aiming to gain experience against diverse football styles, enhance technical readiness, and boost the international experience of the players.
