اعتمدت لجنة الحكام في الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم تطبيق تعديلات المجلس الدولي لكرة القدم (IFAB) على قانون اللعبة، وذلك اعتباراً من انطلاق الموسم الرياضي الجديد 2026/2027.
وتضمنت التعديلات المعتمدة 16 بنداً جديداً تهدف إلى تسريع اللعب وتقليل تضييع الوقت والحد من احتجاجات اللاعبين، على أن يتم تطبيقها في جميع المسابقات المحلية.
* أبرز التعديلات التي سيتم تطبيقها:
على مستوى سير المباراة:
- إلزام اللاعب المستبدل بمغادرة أرض الملعب خلال 10 ثوانٍ، مع منعه من العودة لمدة دقيقة في حال التأخر.
- إلزام اللاعب الذي يتلقى علاجاً خارج الملعب بالانتظار لمدة دقيقة قبل العودة.
- منح الكرة للفريق الذي كان مسيطراً عليها عند إسقاطها بعد توقف اللعب.
على مستوى الحكام والانضباط:
- قصر التواصل مع حكم المباراة على قائد الفريق فقط، بهدف الحد من احتجاجات اللاعبين.
- السماح لحكم الفيديو المساعد بمراجعة الإنذار الثاني غير الصحيح وتحويله إلى طرد.
- السماح لحكم الفيديو بمراجعة الأخطاء المتعلقة باحتساب الركلات الركنية دون تأخير استئناف اللعب.
على مستوى تنفيذ الركلات:
- تطبيق عد تنازلي لمدة 8 ثوانٍ على حراس المرمى، وفي حال التأخير تحتسب ركلة ركنية للفريق المنافس.
- إعادة ركلة الجزاء في حال لمس المنفذ الكرة مرتين بشكل غير متعمد، واحتساب ركلة حرة غير مباشرة إذا لم يتم التسجيل.
- عدم احتساب ركلة جزاء بسبب لمسة يد إذا تم تطبيق مبدأ إتاحة الفرصة وتم تسجيل هدف.
وأكدت لجنة الحكام أن هذه التعديلات تأتي تماشياً مع توجهات «IFAB» لتطوير اللعبة وزيادة فاعلية الوقت الفعلي للمباريات في الموسم الجديد.
The Referees Committee of the Saudi Football Federation has adopted the amendments of the International Football Association Board (IFAB) to the Laws of the Game, effective from the start of the new sports season 2026/2027.
The approved amendments include 16 new provisions aimed at speeding up the game, reducing time-wasting, and limiting player protests, to be implemented in all local competitions.
* The most notable amendments to be implemented:
At the level of match proceedings:
- A substituted player is required to leave the field within 10 seconds, and is prohibited from returning for one minute in case of delay.
- A player receiving treatment off the field must wait one minute before returning.
- The ball will be awarded to the team that was in control of it when it was dropped after play was stopped.
At the level of referees and discipline:
- Communication with the match referee will be limited to the team captain only, in order to reduce player protests.
- The Video Assistant Referee (VAR) is allowed to review an incorrect second yellow card and convert it to a red card.
- The VAR is allowed to review errors related to corner kicks without delaying the resumption of play.
At the level of executing kicks:
- An 8-second countdown will be applied to goalkeepers, and in case of delay, a corner kick will be awarded to the opposing team.
- A penalty kick will be retaken if the kicker unintentionally touches the ball twice, and an indirect free kick will be awarded if no goal is scored.
- A penalty kick will not be awarded for a handball if the advantage principle is applied and a goal is scored.
The Referees Committee confirmed that these amendments align with IFAB's directions to develop the game and increase the effective playing time in the new season.
