وبحسب الصحفي الإيطالي الشهير فابريزيو رومانو، فقد وقّع الجناح الإسباني عقداً مع ليفربول حتى عام 2032، مقابل 40 مليون يورو لصالح أوساسونا.

وكان نادي ليفربول الإنجليزي قد أعلن مطلع الشهر الجاري تعيين الإسباني أندوني إيراولا مدرباً للفريق الأول لكرة القدم، خلفاً للهولندي آرني سلوت.
