أعلن ريال مدريد، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، تقديم عرضٍ تاريخي إلى أتلتيكو مدريد لضم مهاجمه الأرجنتيني جوليان ألفاريز خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية.
تفاصيل العرض
وقال النادي الملكي في بيان: «عقب اجتماع مجلس الإدارة الذي عُقد اليوم، قدّمنا عرضاً بقيمة 150 مليون يورو لنادي أتلتيكو مدريد للتعاقد مع اللاعب جوليان ألفاريز».
رفض من أتلتيكو مدريد
وأضاف البيان: «بعد مراجعة وتقييم العرض، أعرب نادي أتلتيكو مدريد عن امتنانه للاقتراح المقدم في إطار العلاقات الجيدة بين الناديين، ورفضه، مشيراً إلى شرط جزائي في عقد اللاعب».
ويُقدَّر الشرط الجزائي في عقد ألفاريز مع أتلتيكو مدريد بنحو 500 مليون يورو، وهو مبلغ يُعد من المستحيل دفعه من أي نادٍ في الوقت الحالي.
وكان رئيس ريال مدريد فلورنتينو بيريز، قد وعد بتقديم أغلى عرض في تاريخ النادي لأحد اللاعبين، حال إعادة انتخابه رئيساً للنادي، وهو ما تحقق.
ألفاريز ضمن اهتمامات برشلونة
ويُعد جوليان ألفاريز على رأس اهتمامات الغريم التقليدي برشلونة لتعويض رحيل المهاجم البولندي روبرت ليفاندوفسكي، لكن أتلتيكو مدريد يتمسك بخدمات نجمه.
مدة العقد والقيمة السوقية
ويمتد عقد النجم الأرجنتيني مع أتلتيكو مدريد حتى 30 يونيو 2030، فيما تُقدَّر قيمته السوقية بـ90 مليون يورو، بحسب موقع «ترانسفير ماركت».

وشارك ألفاريز في 49 مباراة بقميص أتلتيكو مدريد في مختلف المسابقات خلال موسم 2025-2026، سجل خلالها 20 هدفاً وقدم 9 تمريرات حاسمة.
Real Madrid announced today (Tuesday) that they have made a historic offer to Atletico Madrid to acquire their Argentine striker Julian Alvarez during the summer transfer window.
Details of the Offer
The royal club stated in a statement: "Following the board meeting held today, we have submitted an offer of 150 million euros to Atletico Madrid for the signing of player Julian Alvarez."
Rejection from Atletico Madrid
The statement added: "After reviewing and evaluating the offer, Atletico Madrid expressed its gratitude for the proposal made in the context of the good relations between the two clubs, but rejected it, citing a release clause in the player's contract."
The release clause in Alvarez's contract with Atletico Madrid is estimated at around 500 million euros, an amount considered impossible for any club to pay at this time.
Real Madrid president Florentino Perez had promised to make the highest offer in the club's history for a player if re-elected as president, which has now been fulfilled.
Alvarez Among Barcelona's Interests
Julian Alvarez is at the top of the interests of traditional rival Barcelona to compensate for the departure of Polish striker Robert Lewandowski, but Atletico Madrid is keen to retain their star.
Contract Duration and Market Value
The Argentine star's contract with Atletico Madrid runs until June 30, 2030, while his market value is estimated at 90 million euros, according to the "Transfermarkt" website.
Alvarez's Numbers
Alvarez participated in 49 matches wearing the Atletico Madrid jersey across various competitions during the 2025-2026 season, scoring 20 goals and providing 9 assists.
