توّج نائب أمير منطقة عسير الأمير خالد بن سطام، مساء أمس، لاعبي الفريق الأول لكرة القدم في نادي أبها، بكأس دوري الدرجة الأولى للمحترفين للموسم الرياضي 2025-2026م، وذلك خلال الحفل الذي أُقيم بمدينة الأمير سلطان بن عبدالعزيز الرياضية بالمحالة في أبها، بحضور رئيس مجلس إدارة رابطة أندية الدرجة الأولى للمحترفين طلال العبيدي، وعدد كبير من المسؤولين والرياضيين، وحضور جماهيري تجاوز 2,900 مشجع. وهنأ الأمير خالد بن سطام، إدارة النادي والجهازين الفني والإداري واللاعبين على هذا الإنجاز الرياضي، بعد صعود الفريق إلى الدوري السعودي للمحترفين للموسم الرياضي القادم، مؤكداً أن ما تحقق يعكس حجم العمل والجهود المبذولة طوال الموسم، متمنياً للفريق التوفيق في مشواره القادم في دوري المحترفين، ومواصلة تمثيل منطقة عسير بالصورة المشرفة. وعبّر رئيس النادي سعد الأحمري عن شكره لأمير منطقة عسير ولنائبه على الدعم والاهتمام الذي يحظى به النادي، والقطاع الرياضي في المنطقة، مؤكداً أن هذا الإنجاز جاء بتكاتف الجميع، وسيكون دافعاً لمواصلة العمل وتحقيق تطلعات جماهير النادي في المرحلة القادمة.
The Deputy Emir of the Asir Region, Prince Khalid bin Satam, crowned the players of the first football team of Abha Club last night with the First Division Professional League Cup for the sports season 2025-2026. This took place during a ceremony held at the Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Sports City in Al-Mahala, Abha, in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the First Division Professional Clubs Association, Talal Al-Obaidi, a large number of officials and athletes, and an audience exceeding 2,900 fans. Prince Khalid bin Satam congratulated the club's management, the technical and administrative staff, and the players on this sporting achievement, following the team's promotion to the Saudi Professional League for the upcoming sports season. He emphasized that what has been achieved reflects the amount of work and efforts made throughout the season, wishing the team success in its upcoming journey in the Professional League and to continue representing the Asir Region honorably. The club's president, Saad Al-Ahmari, expressed his gratitude to the Emir of the Asir Region and his deputy for the support and attention the club and the sports sector in the region receive, confirming that this achievement came through the collaboration of everyone and will serve as a motivation to continue working and fulfilling the aspirations of the club's fans in the upcoming phase.
