أشعل محافظ صندوق الاستثمارات العامة ياسر الرميان سباق التوقعات في الشارع الرياضي، بإعلانه عبر قناة «العربية بيزنس»، أن الصندوق سيكشف خلال يومين عن بيع حصته في أحد الأندية الرياضية، في خطوة تعكس انتقال مشروع التخصيص إلى مرحلة جديدة أكثر عمقًا وتأثيرًا.
ترقّب واسع.. والهلال في قلب التكهنات
تصريحات الرميان فجّرت موجة واسعة من التفاعل، إذ انقسمت التوقعات بين ناديي الهلال والنصر، مع ترجيحات أكبر تميل نحو الهلال، في ظل معطيات سابقة وتحوّلات استثمارية متسارعة يشهدها النادي.
وكانت «عكاظ» كشفت في ديسمبر 2025 عن اقتراب الأمير الوليد بن طلال من تملّك 75% من نادي الهلال، في صفقة تتجاوز قيمتها مليار ريال، بانتظار استكمال الترتيبات النهائية بين الأطراف المعنية، ما أعاد هذا الملف إلى الواجهة مجددًا مع تصريحات الرميان الأخيرة.
الرميان: حققنا أهدافنا.. والدعم كان متساويًا
وأكد الرميان اليوم( الأربعاء)، في مؤتمر صحفي للحديث عن إستراتيجية صندوق الاستثمارات العامة للسنوات الخمس القادمة 2026-2030 ، أن الصندوق نجح في تحقيق مستهدفاته من الاستثمار في الأندية الرياضية، مشددًا على أن الدعم قُدّم بشكل متساوٍ، بما أسهم في رفع مستوى التنافسية وتعزيز البنية الاحترافية للأندية.
مشروع التخصيص.. من الدعم إلى التمكين
يأتي هذا التطور ضمن مسار مشروع الاستثمار والتخصيص للأندية الرياضية، الذي أطلقه ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء الأمير محمد بن سلمان بن عبدالعزيز في يونيو 2023، بهدف بناء قطاع رياضي جاذب للاستثمار، وتمكين القطاع الخاص من قيادة المرحلة المقبلة.
ويرتكز المشروع على إحداث نقلة نوعية في الرياضة السعودية، عبر رفع كفاءة الأندية، وتعظيم إيرادات الدوري، واستقطاب الاستثمارات، بما يواكب مستهدفات رؤية 2030 في جعل الدوري السعودي ضمن أفضل 10 دوريات عالميًا.
أرقام الطموح.. قفزة في الإيرادات والقيمة السوقية
وضمن مستهدفات المشروع، تسعى الاستراتيجية إلى رفع إيرادات رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين من 450 مليون ريال إلى أكثر من 1.8 مليار ريال سنويًا، إلى جانب زيادة القيمة السوقية للدوري من 3 مليارات إلى أكثر من 8 مليارات ريال، في مؤشر على التحول الاقتصادي المتسارع للقطاع الرياضي.
إعلان مرتقب.. وملف مفتوح على كل الاحتمالات
ومع اقتراب موعد الإعلان الرسمي، يبقى السؤال مفتوحًا: هل يكون الهلال هو الصفقة الكبرى الأولى في مرحلة التخارج؟ أم تحمل الساعات القادمة مفاجأة مختلفة تعيد رسم خريطة الاستثمار الرياضي في المملكة؟
The Governor of the Public Investment Fund, Yasir Al-Rumayyan, ignited a race of predictions in the sports community by announcing via Al Arabiya Business channel that the fund will reveal within two days the sale of its stake in one of the sports clubs, in a move that reflects the privatization project transitioning to a new, deeper, and more impactful phase.
Widespread Anticipation.. Al-Hilal at the Center of Speculation
Al-Rumayyan's statements sparked a wide wave of interaction, as predictions were divided between Al-Hilal and Al-Nasr clubs, with greater odds leaning towards Al-Hilal, given previous data and rapid investment transformations the club is witnessing.
In December 2025, "Okaz" revealed that Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal was close to acquiring 75% of Al-Hilal club in a deal exceeding one billion riyals, pending the completion of final arrangements between the concerned parties, which has brought this file back to the forefront again with Al-Rumayyan's recent statements.

Al-Rumayyan confirmed today (Wednesday) in a press conference discussing the Public Investment Fund's strategy for the next five years (2026-2030) that the fund has succeeded in achieving its investment targets in sports clubs, emphasizing that the support was provided equally, contributing to raising the level of competitiveness and enhancing the professional structure of the clubs.
The Privatization Project.. From Support to Empowerment
This development comes as part of the investment and privatization project for sports clubs, which was launched by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz in June 2023, aimed at building an attractive sports sector for investment and empowering the private sector to lead the next phase.
The project focuses on making a qualitative leap in Saudi sports by enhancing the efficiency of clubs, maximizing league revenues, and attracting investments, in line with the objectives of Vision 2030 to position the Saudi league among the top 10 leagues globally.
Aspirational Figures.. A Leap in Revenues and Market Value
As part of the project's objectives, the strategy aims to raise the revenues of the Saudi Professional League from 450 million riyals to over 1.8 billion riyals annually, in addition to increasing the league's market value from 3 billion to over 8 billion riyals, indicating the accelerating economic transformation of the sports sector.
