أجلت محكمة الأسرة قصر النيل نظر الدعاوى المقامة من طليقة الفنان المصري بيومي فؤاد إلى جلسة 16 يونيو الجاري، لاستكمال إجراءات الإعلان والاطلاع على التحريات الخاصة بدخله وممتلكاته.
فحص الحالة المالية
وتواصل جهات التحقيق فحص الحالة المالية للفنان، حيث استمعت نيابة الأسرة لأقوال الشهود للتأكد من مصادر الدخل وحجم الممتلكات بناءً على طلب المحكمة في الجلسة الأولى.
4 دعاوى منظورة
وتتضمن الدعاوى المتداولة 4 قضايا تتعلق بنفقة المدرسة والمسكن والحضانة الخاصة بالطفل على أن تستكمل المحكمة نظرها بعد الانتهاء من التحريات المطلوبة.
ومن جانبها، أعلنت طليقة بيومي فؤاد سابقاً في بيان صحفي حصولها على حكم قضائي يمنحها الولاية التعليمية لابنهما، بعد خلافات استمرت لفترة حول بعض الحقوق والمسؤوليات المتعلقة بالطفل.
اللجوء إلى القضاء
وأوضحت أنها تكفلت بمصروفات ابنها بمفردها خلال الفترة الماضية، مؤكدة أن محاولات التوصل إلى اتفاق ودي مع طليقها لم تنجح، ما دفعها إلى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية.
فشل التسوية الودية
وأكدت أن فريقها القانوني سعى أكثر من مرة لإنهاء الخلاف بعيداً عن المحاكم والإعلام، إلا أن عدم التوصل إلى تفاهم بين الطرفين أدى إلى استمرار النزاع أمام القضاء لضمان حقوق الابن.
The Family Court in Qasr Al-Nil has postponed the hearing of the lawsuits filed by the ex-wife of Egyptian artist Bayoumi Fouad to June 16 of this month, to complete the procedures for notification and review of the investigations related to his income and assets.
Financial Status Examination
The investigative authorities continue to examine the financial status of the artist, as the Family Prosecution listened to the testimonies of witnesses to verify the sources of income and the extent of assets based on the court's request in the first session.
4 Pending Lawsuits
The ongoing lawsuits include 4 cases related to school expenses, housing, and custody of the child, with the court set to continue its consideration after completing the required investigations.
For her part, Bayoumi Fouad's ex-wife previously announced in a press statement that she obtained a court ruling granting her educational custody of their son, following prolonged disputes over certain rights and responsibilities related to the child.
Resorting to the Courts
She clarified that she has been solely responsible for her son's expenses during the past period, emphasizing that attempts to reach an amicable agreement with her ex-husband were unsuccessful, which prompted her to take legal action.
Failure of Amicable Settlement
She confirmed that her legal team has made several attempts to resolve the dispute away from the courts and the media; however, the failure to reach an understanding between the two parties led to the continuation of the conflict in court to ensure the child's rights.
