أثارت لقطات جرى تداولها على نطاق واسع موجة عارمة من الاستياء والغضب، بعدما وثقت سلوكاً صادماً لممرضة داخل قاعة العمليات والإنعاش في أحد المستشفيات بتونس، حيث استغلت غياب مريضة عن الوعي جراء التخدير للتهكم عليها ومحاولة ضربها، بهدف صناعة محتوى ترفيهي لشبكات التواصل الاجتماعي.
الحادثة التي وصفت بـ«السقوط الأخلاقي المدوي» فتحت الباب أمام مطالب حقوقية وشعبية واسعة بضرورة تدخل النيابة العمومية فوراً لمحاسبة الممرضة ومن قام بتصويرها، معتبرين أن ما جرى يمثل انتهاكاً صارخاً لكرامة المرضى وإساءة بالغة لسمعة القطاع الطبي.
أظهرت اللقطات المتداولة، ممرضة تقف بجانب مريضة مستلقية في قسم الإنعاش ولا تزال تحت تأثير التخدير الكامل عقب إجراء عملية جراحية. وبدلاً من مراقبة حالتها الصحية، بدأت الممرضة في التهكم والسخرية منها طالبةً منها الاستفاقة بنبرة متهكمة.
ولم يتوقف الأمر عند السخرية اللفظية، إذ ظهرت الممرضة وهي ترفع يدها وتلوح بها باتجاه وجه المريضة وكأنها توشك على صفعها، وسط ضحكات من زميلتها التي كانت تتولى توثيق المشهد بكاميرا الهاتف المحمول، ضاربتين بعرض الحائط خصوصية المريضة التي تعيش أضعف حالاتها الإنسانية.
فجّرت اللقطات ردود فعل غاضبة من سياسيين وصحفيين ونشطاء، والذين أجمعوا على أن غرف العمليات تحولت لدى البعض إلى منصات لـ«التيك توك» و«الإنستغرام» على حساب أوجاع الناس.
وفي هذا السياق، علق أحد النشطاء غاضباً: «غرفة الإنعاش ليست إنستغرام ولا تيك توك.. المريض في أضعف حالاته يستحق الاحترام والستر وحفظ كرامته وليس التصوير والتشهير. هذه المهن مسؤولية وأمانة وأخلاق قبل أي شيء، وقاعة الإنعاش مكان لإنقاذ الأرواح، وليست لصناعة المحتوى».
من جانبها، شنت الأوساط الصحفية هجوماً على الواقعة واصفة الممرضة بتهكم: «ملاك الرحمة.. ممرضة تسخر من مريضة نائمة تحت تأثير التخدير وتلمح إلى الاعتداء عليها بصفعها ثم تضحك».
وتصاعدت وتيرة المطالبات باتخاذ إجراءات قانونية وإدارية رادعة، حيث طالب مدونون بمحاسبة الممرضة والمصورة معاً، مؤكدين أن «الوقاحة وصلت بهن حد تصوير مريضة في غرفة العمليات.. ويجب أن تتم محاسبتهن فوراً».
وعبر نشطاء عن أملهم في أن يصل هذا الملف سريعاً إلى النيابة العامة، نظراً لأن الواقعة تتجاوز مجرد خطأ مهني وتصل إلى مرتبة الجريمة القانونية المتمثلة في انتهاك حرمة مريض، وتصوير شخص دون علمه في منشأة طبية، والتهديد بالاعتداء الجسدي.
Footage that has been widely circulated sparked a massive wave of outrage and anger after it documented shocking behavior by a nurse inside the operating and recovery room of a hospital in Tunisia, where she exploited a patient's unconsciousness due to anesthesia to mock her and attempt to hit her, with the aim of creating entertaining content for social media.
The incident, described as a "resounding moral fall," opened the door to widespread human rights and public demands for the immediate intervention of the public prosecutor to hold the nurse and the person who filmed her accountable, considering that what happened represents a blatant violation of patients' dignity and a severe insult to the reputation of the medical sector.
The circulated footage showed a nurse standing next to a patient lying in the recovery room, still under the effects of full anesthesia after undergoing surgery. Instead of monitoring her health condition, the nurse began to mock and ridicule her, asking her to wake up in a sarcastic tone.
The situation did not stop at verbal mockery, as the nurse was seen raising her hand and waving it toward the patient's face as if she was about to slap her, amidst laughter from her colleague who was documenting the scene with a mobile phone camera, completely disregarding the patient's privacy as she was in one of her most vulnerable human states.
The footage ignited angry reactions from politicians, journalists, and activists, who all agreed that operating rooms have turned for some into platforms for "TikTok" and "Instagram" at the expense of people's suffering.
In this context, one activist commented angrily: "The recovery room is neither Instagram nor TikTok... the patient in her weakest state deserves respect, privacy, and dignity, not filming and defamation. These professions are a responsibility, a trust, and ethics above all else, and the recovery room is a place to save lives, not to create content."
For its part, the journalistic community launched an attack on the incident, sarcastically describing the nurse as "the angel of mercy... a nurse mocking a patient asleep under anesthesia and hinting at assaulting her by slapping her, then laughing."
The calls for legal and administrative measures to be taken intensified, with bloggers demanding accountability for both the nurse and the photographer, asserting that "the audacity reached the point of filming a patient in the operating room... and they must be held accountable immediately."
Activists expressed hope that this case would quickly reach the public prosecutor, given that the incident goes beyond mere professional misconduct and rises to the level of a legal crime represented by the violation of a patient's sanctity, filming a person without their knowledge in a medical facility, and the threat of physical assault.
