لم يكن طفل هندي في مرحلة رياض الأطفال (الحضانة) يدرك أنه كان يحمل الموت حرفياً على ظهره طوال طريقه إلى المدرسة. وبدلاً من أن تمتلئ حقيبته الملونة بالكتب والدفاتر وأقلام التلوين فقط، كانت تخبئ في عمقها زائراً قاتلاً لا يرحم، تحول ظهوره المفاجئ إلى لحظات رعب حقيقية تفجرت داخل فصل دراسي هادئ.
الحادثة التي شهدتها ولاية «مادهيا براديش» الهندية، تحولت إلى قضية رأي عام ومادة واسعة الانتشار على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، بعدما حبست الأنفاس بفضل تفاصيلها المرعبة وشجاعة معلم واجه الموت وجهاً لوجه لإنقاذ تلاميذه.
بدأ اليوم الدراسي كالمعتاد بأصوات ضحكات الأطفال، حتى جلس بطل القصة الصغير في مقعده بطلب من معلمه لبدء الدرس. مد الطفل يده بكل براءة لفتح سحّاب حقيبته المدرسية لاستخراج كتبه، لكن حركة غريبة وغير مألوفة داخل الحقيبة جعلته يتوقف مذهولاً.
في أجزاء من الثانية، انسلّت من بين الدفاتر أفعى كوبرا سامة يبلغ طولها نحو 1.5 قدم (نصف متر تقريباً)، رافعة رأسها ومصدرة فحيحاً مرعباً:

وسط هذا المشهد المرعب وحالة الهلع التي أصابت الصغار، كان هناك شخص واحد يدرك أن أي حركة خاطئة أو تسرع قد يكلف أحد الأطفال حياته. وقف معلم الفصل بشجاعة استثنائية مقرراً مواجهة الخطر بنفسه.

لكن السؤال الذي حير الجميع ونقلته وسائل الإعلام المحلية: كيف وصلت الكوبرا إلى حقيبة الطفل؟ ورجّح المعلمون وإدارة المدرسة أن الأفعى السامة تسللت إلى الحقيبة في الليلة السابقة أثناء وجودها في منزل الطفل، مستغلة بقاءها مفتوحة أو في مكان قريب من الأرض، ليحملها الطفل الصغير على ظهره طوال الطريق دون أن يشعر بوجود هذا الكائن الفتاك يتحرك خلف كتفيه مباشرة.
وانتهت مغامرة الرعب دون تسجيل أي إصابات بعد بطولة المعلم وسرعة بديهته، لكنها تركت درساً بليغاً لكل العائلات الهندية بضرورة تفقد وإغلاق حقائب أطفالهم بدقة قبل الخروج إلى المدارس.

Instead of his colorful backpack being filled only with books, notebooks, and coloring pencils, it hid deep within it a merciless killer, whose sudden appearance turned a quiet classroom into moments of real horror.
The incident that took place in the Indian state of "Madhya Pradesh" became a public issue and widely circulated material on social media, as it held breath with its terrifying details and the bravery of a teacher who faced death head-on to save his students.
The school day began as usual with the sounds of children's laughter until the young hero of the story sat in his seat at the request of his teacher to start the lesson. The child innocently reached out to unzip his school bag to take out his books, but a strange and unfamiliar movement inside the bag made him stop in shock.
In a split second, a venomous cobra snake, about 1.5 feet long (approximately half a meter), slithered out from among the notebooks, raising its head and emitting a terrifying hiss:
- Child's shock: The child threw the bag away from him with all his might and rushed out of the classroom, fleeing from certain death.
- Mass escape: Chaos and panic erupted among the other children, whose screams filled the air, turning the classroom into a scene of stampede and mass escape to the schoolyard.
How did the teacher confront the deadly cobra?
Amid this terrifying scene and the panic that struck the little ones, there was one person who understood that any wrong move or haste could cost a child's life. The classroom teacher stood with exceptional bravery, deciding to confront the danger himself.
With steady steps and extreme caution that held breath, the teacher approached the bag lying on the ground, where the venomous snake was taking refuge and ready to strike:
- Nerve control: The teacher avoided making any sound or quick movement that might provoke the cobra and prompt it to attack.
- Isolating the danger: He slowly picked up the bag with the tips of his fingers, then moved it quietly to the open outdoor area away from the classroom buildings and students.
- The plastic trap: Once the cobra exited the bag in the yard, the teacher, along with his colleagues, cleverly surrounded it and managed to carefully place it inside a secure plastic container and seal it tightly, before later handing it over for release in a nearby forest.
But the question that puzzled everyone and was reported by local media was: How did the cobra get into the child's bag? Teachers and school administration speculated that the venomous snake had slithered into the bag the night before while it was at the child's home, taking advantage of it being left open or near the ground, allowing the little boy to carry it on his back all the way without feeling this deadly creature moving directly behind his shoulders.
The horror adventure ended without any injuries thanks to the teacher's heroism and quick thinking, but it left a profound lesson for all Indian families about the necessity of thoroughly checking and securely closing their children's bags before heading to school.
