أعلنت إدارة نادي الرائد إنهاء العلاقة التعاقدية مع المدرب البرتغالي جورجي مندوسا، بعد سلسلة من النتائج التي لم ترتقِ إلى طموحات جماهير النادي خلال منافسات دوري يلو لأندية الدرجة الأولى هذا الموسم.
وقاد مندوسا الفريق في 22 مباراة بالدوري، حقق خلالها 8 انتصارات، وتعادل في 8 مواجهات، مقابل 6 خسائر، وهي حصيلة لم تكن كافية لإرضاء أنصار «رائد التحدي» الذين يطمحون لعودة فريقهم سريعاً إلى مصاف دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين، واستعادة حضوره الفني المعروف.
وفي خطوة تهدف إلى تصحيح المسار الفني، أعلنت الإدارة تعيين المدرب التونسي نصيف البياوي مديراً فنياً للفريق الأول، على أمل إعادة التوازن وتحسين النتائج خلال الجولات المقبلة، ودفع الفريق نحو المنافسة الجادة على مراكز الصعود.
ويملك البياوي خبرة واسعة في الملاعب السعودية، إذ سبق له الإشراف على تدريب الرائد في موسم 2016-2017، كما تولى قيادة عدة أندية، من بينها:

• الفتح (2014-2015)
• الرائد (2016-2017)
• القادسية (2017-2018)
• العدالة (2019-2020)
• الشعلة (2022-2023)
• الجبلين (2023-2024)
• الباطن (2024-2025)
وتأمل إدارة الرائد أن تسهم عودة البياوي في إعادة الروح والانضباط الفني للفريق، استناداً لمعرفته السابقة بأجواء النادي وطبيعة المنافسة في دوري «يلو»، في وقتٍ تتزايد الضغوط مع اقتراب المراحل الحاسمة من الموسم، وتتطلع جماهير القصيم إلى رؤية فريقها يعود بقوة إلى سكة الانتصارات والمنافسة على بطاقة الصعود.
The management of Al-Raed Club announced the termination of the contractual relationship with Portuguese coach Jorge Mendonça, following a series of results that did not meet the aspirations of the club's fans during the Yelo League competitions for first division clubs this season.
Mendonça led the team in 22 league matches, achieving 8 victories, drawing in 8 encounters, and suffering 6 losses, a record that was not enough to satisfy the supporters of "Raed Al-Tahaddi," who aspire for their team to quickly return to the ranks of the Roshan Saudi Professional League and regain its known technical presence.
In a move aimed at correcting the technical course, the management announced the appointment of Tunisian coach Nasif Al-Biyawi as the head coach of the first team, hoping to restore balance and improve results in the upcoming rounds, and push the team towards serious competition for promotion spots.
Al-Biyawi has extensive experience in Saudi stadiums, having previously supervised the training of Al-Raed in the 2016-2017 season, and has led several clubs, including:

The management of Al-Raed hopes that Al-Biyawi's return will contribute to restoring the spirit and technical discipline of the team, based on his previous knowledge of the club's atmosphere and the nature of competition in the "Yelo" League, at a time when pressures are increasing with the approach of the decisive stages of the season, and the fans of Al-Qassim look forward to seeing their team return strongly to the path of victories and compete for a promotion spot.
