ودّع الفرنسي كريم بنزيما جماهير الاتحاد بطريقته الخاصة، بعد إعلان انتقاله رسمياً إلى الهلال، وأبدى احترامه لجماهير النادي على دعمها له طوال الفترة الماضية التي تُوج خلالها ببطولة الدوري وكأس الملك الموسم الماضي. جاء ذلك عبر حساب بنزيما الرسمي على موقع التواصل الاجتماعي «X»، وقال: «ينتهي هذا الفصل، لكن الاحترام والامتنان سيبقيان إلى الأبد». وتابع: «شكراً للنادي، وللطاقم، ولزملائي في الفريق، وخاصة للجماهير على الترحيب والحب والطاقة التي منحتموني إياها كل يوم». وأضاف: «لقد منحتني هذه الرحلة الكثير على الصعيدين الشخصي والمهني. أغادرها مرفوع الرأس، فخوراً بارتداء هذه الألوان وبكل ما شاركناه».
