واستطاع الظهير الأيمن سعود عبدالحميد في الدقيقة 17 صناعة الهدف الأول لفريق لانس من خلال إرسال كرة عرضية لزميله ريان فوفونا الذي أودعها في شباك فريق فينيي، ولم يكتفِ بالصناعة، بل أدى دوره الهجومي قبل نهاية الشوط الأول، حينما نجح في استغلال التمريرة التي تهيأت له داخل منطقة الجزاء وسدد كرة قوية في الدقيقة 45+1، مسجلاً الهدف الثاني لفريقه، وفي الشوط الثاني، عزز أندريه بولاتوفيتش النتيجة للانس في الدقيقة 68، قبل أن يسجل نولان بونت هدف فينيي الوحيد في الدقيقة 85.
